We are located 5 miles South of the famous Rosarito Beach Hotel, and just 3/4 miles South of the Califia Hotel and .02 miles North of "CHARLIES" Enjoy 180 degrees of nothing but blue ocean on the 500 sq ft balcony with entrances off the master bedroom and family room! Cozy master bedroom with King size bed, two walk in showers, comfy guest room, and watch your favorite movies on the 42" big screen! You will love your stay here I can promise you that! Great 2 bdrm 2 ba for extended weekend stay!

All in all beautiful place to call home for vacation. Don't let the no A.C. scare you! We stayed in July and didn't need it...days were cool and breezy enough to open sliding porch doors. Nights were a little chilly even. I love this property for its private beach access and this particular rental was great for us and the kids to get away.

My mini-Vacation :)

Overall, it was a great property to stay and relax. There were only some issues that the Host had no control of. The pool was really dirty, but it had been really windy and it’s understandable that it would get dirty. It was cleaned the next day but there was work being done in the common area and we couldn't enjoy the pool. The parking was NOT good. Once you inside the gate you have to park on the dirt downhill and at night it's scary to walk uphill. You are not allowed to park in the complex parking. That was the only thing that made me give it a 4-star rating. Everything else is as described the property has a beautiful view and the Host is quick to respond. I would definitely stay again.

I want my guests to feel right at home from the moment you walk in! I keep my Condo as if I was living in it! , Big TV, clean and comfy couches, large master bedroom has a King size bed with a large walk in shower. Get out of bed and a couple steps out to the huge balcony with comfy furniture to relax on! Enjoy a cup of coffee and the never ending views!! Second bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in shower as well. 24 HOUR SAFE AND SECURE GUARD GATED COMPLEX... Enjoy, relax at Costa Bella Paradise! YOU DESERVE IT!!
