Luxury condo in a resort style complex the best VIEWS in Baja. You will love the views during sunrise, daytime, sunset and nighttime. Everyday the waves breaking on the rocks in the cove below will have a different look. As for the unit you will immediately notice the up-scaling when you see the wall to wall travertine floor. Master bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen, dinning, living room and balcony all have an ocean view!

You have access to all pools. The gym has floor to ceiling glass and has an unbelievable view of the ocean. The gym allows for great views of dolphins, whales, seals and more that maybe swimming by while you are working out. The fire-pit deck will give you the amazing views of sunrise and sunset.

The view from the condo was absolutely amazing, every town and bar on the coast from purto nueve to rosarita was only 20 minutes away.. I would stay here again anytime!

Great Weekend Getaway!

My family & I had a great getaway at Arturo’s place. The condominium is beautifully decorated and spacious. The views are spectacular. The grounds are well maintained. Arturo is very attentive and responds quickly. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

View and a Breeze.

This property was perfect for a group with plenty of room with 4 beds and a large sofa for conversation. The grounds were great for soaking in the sun or the many spas and large pools. This place had it all. The view of the ocean, the sound of the waves, and the breeze was the topper.

This rental was even better in person. Arturo is a wonderful host who answered our questions before we arrived and stayed in communication during our stay. We were looking for a home away from home to decompress with our college kids over holiday break. Most people sightsee and party but we really wanted to chill and connect so we spent a lot of time in the rental and hot tubs. Having traveled a bit in Mexico, we can say this is the cleanest condo we’ve rented. It’s spacious, three bedrooms with 4 beds is wonderful. Plenty of towels - bathroom and pool. Overall, very comfortable with a spectacular view off the large balcony. Arturo even gifted us a bottle of Mexican wine. Will definitely return.

Overall a great experience, suite views are amazing, the owner was very friendly and helpful, one thing that was off for my guests was they felt the owner was watching our every move, second bathroom was not in use (to fill the bath up) only the shower head was working it was difficult to fill up the bath tub, overall good experience, we will be returning soon.

We stayed for 5 nights on the 17th floor and had a great time plenty of relaxing things to do. Next doors restaurant was delicious The View waking up in the morning for the sunrise is like nothing else but beautiful. They usually have taxi's ready to go if you feel like not driving. Host was nice and made me feel comfortable. If I come back to Rosarito I'm coming back here!

This condo was so amazing. The beach view was so beautiful. I loved our stay. Plenty of space for our group of six. Security was so friendly and helpful. They drive us into city a few times. I also loved that our car had a designated spot. I will definitely be back.

Nice getaway!

We enjoyed our stay - communication was excellent, security alert and on top of things and rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, a couple of the hot tubs were not heated and we found there were not enough available for everyone to enjoy them.

This condo is very spacious and nice.

This is a very nice condo with good amenities the furniture in the bedrooms and bedding is excellent the landlord was very accommodating and responded to all my questions and request. Currently the restaurant and bar are not open and that would be the only negative aspect of this place.

Nice condo with an amazing view.

The condo was great and as described. The view can’t be beat. Arturo was very helpful. The building on the other hand was a bit rough it felt like an abandoned resort that turned into an apartment building. Lots of people partying till all hours of the night. All in all though the description was accurate, the condo was nice, and the host was great I think we were just excepting something a little more high end and relaxing. If you want to be in the middle of everything and are coming down to party you find the right place.

Nice property with great ocean view

First great property with great ocean views. The communication with owner was great. Easy check in. We didn’t use the facilities as we had plans during the days we stayed, but did walk the property and saw the very nice pool jacuzzi area and rec área. The place was clean well organized and had some coffee which came in handy in the morning. Nice balcony to listen to the waves. Best part was beds were comfortable. Will stay again and hopefully stay and I joy the facilities.
