Located on a quiet street in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, yet 5min walk to NW 23rd, and Washington Park Free Shuttle bus stop & Park entrance is only 2 minutes walk where you will find the famous Rose Garden, Japanese Garden, Oregon zoo, Children’s museum and Hoyt Arboretum. https://explorewashingtonpark.org/free-shuttle/

You do not need a car to see Portland if you are staying at our apartment, but if it is necessary for you to bring a vehicle, on street visitor PARKING PERMIT is provided upon request for each night of your stay (Limit One per group, please give us 48 hours to validate it). *Vehicle license REGISTRATION NUMBER is required.

From where we are, you can catch a game at Providence Park stadium within a short walk, and trendy Pearl district or downtown Portland that are all within walking distance. You can also check out Live concerts in Washington Park in summer.

Closest Max light rail station is 7min walk, Goose Hollow/ SW Jefferson, or Providence Park station, It takes you directly to the Portland International Airport.

When you are done exploring all the nearby sights. You will relax in your 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment with your own entrance through the garage that is street level. Please note there is NO kitchen but cafes, bakeries, restaurants, delis and grocery stores are only a short walk from here. There is a mini refrigerator and freezer to store all the goodies you purchase. A microwave is available in your living room as well as a coffee maker, a variable temperature hot water kettle, plates, cups and silverware. We provide local tea and coffee.

In your bedroom, there is a comfortable queen sized platform bed, a coffee table and chairs. In your living room, you will find a futon couch where you can enjoy reading or lounging. There is also streaming TV in the bedroom and Free WiFi high-speed internet as well as some books and games for your stay.

Children over the age of 7 are welcome but, please contact us if the total number of people is more than two so we can ensure your stay is comfortable and confirm that we can accommodate.

Best place for the park

Even though I didn't get to stay to long during the day because of work, it was so nice coming in at night to rest and waking up with the sun through the beautiful bedroom window. I really enjoyed my stay!

Great small place

My 9 y.o. and husband and I had a nice time in this sweet small rental. We did not realize how petite the accommodations would be, but it suited us fine.The neighborhood was incredibly beautiful and so close to the park and good bus lines.

Perfect spot to see Portland

This place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed as a homebase to explore Portland. I walked over 15 miles to check out the parks and multiple areas in the city. Everything was easy to get to and at the end of the day this cozy little place was so relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re coming into the city and want to check out all it has to offer.

Location was excellent for those of us who like city walking. Grocery, restaurants, shops all close by but folks with mobility issues would have a hard time with the hill this home is built on. For Uber riders, it's just fine. Host is thoughtful. Room is clean. Japanese and rose gardens are one block away and are beautiful.

The property was well maintained. It wasnt far to walk to get downtown and the waterfront. We were very lucky to be able to park in the driveway, but there were spaces to park on the street as well. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very clean. We enjoyed it very much.

Great spot walking distance to Washington Park

Immaculate, convenient, spacious, and comfortable with friendly hosts whose aim is to make your stay enjoyable - we would stay here again for sure if we return to visit Portland. Their dinner recomendations were spot-on too - just fantastic.

We only wanted buy a house within two blocks of where we are.
Because, it's located on a very quiet street in a safe and the most desirable neighborhood in Portland.
You can walk to evrywhere even downtown Portland is less than a mile walk and Washington Park is like our back yard. NW 23rd Avenue is also only 2 blocks away.

There are so many excellent restaurants, cafes, bakeries, delis and too many good things to mention around here.

We did not have a car and we did not need it because everything was walkable.
