3 and 1 Bedroom adjoining Cottages on the Chain of Lakes with Pontoon available

4 bedroom (2 cottages) is only offered from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Rates vary prior or after that date and cottages can be rented as a 3 bedroom cottage or 1 bedroom cottage. Otter Lake Cottage has a 2 cottages with a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 dining rooms. Picture a ranch home with an attached "mother in law" unit. Pontoon boat included that seats up to 15 with cushioned seats. We are able to divide these cottages in May and in the fall. We are located on a 22 lake crystal clear chain that is perfect for boating, fishing, ice fishing, water skiing, tubing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and other water sports. This cottage has western exposure and gets sun pretty much all day, yet our patio gets lots of shade. You are able to jump in right at the end of the dock. If you like to fish there is 3 docks to choose from or go out on the pontoon paddle boat to find a 40 foot hole in Otter Lake. You can also rent our pontoon boat with real cushioned seats to cruise all the lakes and stop at the Clearwater Harbor Bar, Indian Crossing Casino Bar and Restaurant or Wheelhouse Restaurant. Par 4 Golf and Resort is a couple blocks away. The 3 bedroom cottage will sleep up to 10 with sleeper sofa pull out used. It has 3 bedrooms with a queen in each of them, plus one bedroom also has a bunk bed. There is a queen pullout in the living room for additional sleeping if needed. The 1 bedroom cottage has its own area including kitchen, bath, living and dining areas and has a queen in the bedroom, a twin near the dining area and 2 rolling twins that could sleep an additional 5 people.. Bringing the total to 15. There is an additional pontoon that rents for an additional $825 week (Saturday night 6 pm to Saturday 9 am) or $275 per day in the summer. We have a huge yard for you to play yard games. There have been 2 outdoor weddings here in the past and many more have inquired.
The house has all the furnishings needed. Just bring your pillow and toiletries. It has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable tv and internet.

There are many other great places to eat in town, we are very close to all the Waupaca restaurants and stores as well as the small town of King which is walking distance away as well. King is the home of the state Veterans Home. Par 4 Resort and Golf Course is 1/2 mile away. We are located 2 hours from Milwaukee, 1 hour from Oshkosh, 2.5 hours from Lacrosse and 1 hour from Wausau. It is a perfect drive, with the feel of "up north" without the long drive. No smoking, no pets.
