Amazing well maintained vacation rental in North Scottsdale, close to TPC golf course (home of the Waste Management Open), Barrett Jackson, Westworld, Scottsdale Airport, Spring Training, and world class restaurants and shopping. Full high-end renovation has been completed. All beds, furnishings, linens, and towels are new. Backyard is an entertainer’s paradise with diving pool, brand new 7-person hot tub, fire table, plenty of seating, and room to play.

Fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to prepare gourmet meals.

Bathrooms are stocked with a selection of full sized high end shampoos, conditioners, and body wash.

Plenty of bath and pool towels are provided.

High end bed linens are on all new Tuft & Needle mattresses. 4 pillows on each bed with 2 extras in each closet. Firm & soft options available to ensure everyone’s comfort.

High speed WIFI access throughout the property.

Every bedroom has a Samsung smart TV with a variety of streaming options.

Closet full of games and Legos are provided to keep kids happy for hours while you enjoy your vacation. Lincoln logs, cars, action figures, and books in kids room.

Pool heat is included at no charge! Why pay $50-$100 a day on top of the rental cost!?

The pool area has a removable pool fence that we are happy to put in place for families with small kids and we are happy to remove it for adults who prefer to enjoy the backyard without obstruction.

New gas BBQ grill (propane always included at no fee!!), fire table, cornhole boards, and pool basketball hoop are in the backyard for your enjoyment. Come try out our brand new, just added, yard Jenga and yard Yahtzee for even more fun!!!

Kitchen is stocked with a variety of k-cups, sugar, sweetener, and creamers.
We provide a variety of spices, plenty of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, & trash bags so you will not have to buy basic supplies just to enjoy your vacation.

Perfect location!

We had a group coming in for the Waste Management Open and this house was perfect for the group. We loved the amenities and especially thought the host did a fantastic job on all the little additions offered (coffee pods, nice assortment of spices and oils, shampoos and conditioners). The fun backyard has everything you need - bring the kids for sure!

Perfect for our spring break!

We traveled here with friends and enjoyed this property. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. The kids loved the lawn games and the basketball hoop in the pool. it was so great to have towels for the pool provided as well as a lot of other amenities. Enjoy the game room and slept comfortably. This place is amazing. It is the nicest, most appointed vrbo that I have rented. The manager of this rental thinks of everything. there were all kinds of board games, a chess table, foos ball, and air hockey. Pool tools to keep the kids happy and towels for all. We felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this rental.

We're locals that needed a place to stay while we had some work done to our home - the kids were on fall break, and are very high energy. Between the heated pool and the indoor games, they went to bed tired every night. We had a few requests come up during our stay, and Victoria responded quickly and was able to accommodate our requests incredibly quickly. 10/10 experience

This was my family's third stay at this wonderful property and it definitely wont be our last. We absolutely love the pool and all the fun games the house has! Victoria is the BEST host! We had a problem with the grill so I messaged her about it and we had a brand new grill by the time I woke up from my nap. Thank you so much for being such a great host! Turn key fun with a Great backyard

Staying here was pushing the Easy Button! 3 generations with tweenage kids and a dog, and all had a great time. The home is stocked to show up, which was great as some of us drove some flew. They had beach towels, toys, board games, sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner, extra spices, tin foil, etc. and combined with the welcome treats for people and dogs, we walked right in to our vacation week. Good space to spread out, and the basketball hoop and diving rock at the pool are awesome. Ate outside at the fire table most nights (but didn’t use the fire pit) and lounged in the shade on outdoor couch when it got mid-day hot. Only downside was noise from the road, but did forget about it with all the other activities. We are an outside family and would have liked to be able to walk to more parks and restaurants, but overall location is great for access to highways and there are plenty of nearby grocery/restaurant options. Thanks for a fun time!

We enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms are spacious and arranged well. We were not blessed woth the most ideal weather so we didn’t get to use anything outside, but it looked amazing. The kids had plenty to do with air hockey and football and chest and bird games!! They also welcomed our daughters service dog with open arms!! So thank you!

Excellent stay!

I would not hesitate to book this place! We've stayed at many short term rentals and this was by far the cleanest. Owners went above and beyond to make this a great stay. We were in town for a baby moon and this was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the pool. The pool and backyard are great. The house does back up to a busy road but is still very private and with some music playing the road noise was not a problem at all.

This home comes equipped with essentials most vacation rentals do not provide. Which goes along way in making a stay less stressful. Upon arrival the house was very clean.
