- All Guest Suites along with the pool area are Non-Smoking.

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.

- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

- A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area.

Check in time will be at 4pm, check out time will be at 10am. All other arrangements to check in early or late check out, must be arranged with the resort directly, after we have confirmed your room.

When Checking In: A photo identification, credit card for a $100 refundable security deposit.

ADDITIONAL FEE S DUE AT CHECK IN: $13 per day resort fee.

Resort Fee Includes: Pools and hot tubs, poolside movies, fitness room, business center computer/Internet and boarding pass printing.

A $100 refundable authorization is due at check in to cover incidentals, it will be released at check out.

A detailed confirmation letter with check in instructions, late arrival info, check in and out times, local info, everything you need will be sent via email once you make your final payment on the reservation. If you pay in full, we ll send the confirmation letter right away.

Perfect place to stay in Orlando !

This property is the absolute BEST for Orlando visitors: -- Location was convenient to everything! -- Rooms were spacious, well out-fitted, and very comfortable -- Property Amenities were great -- and Pricing was reasonable - given all the above. -- have stayed there last 2 years and will return next year! -- covered parking was limited, but still 5 Stars in my book!

The stay was amazing. Just a few things.. The parking is horrible and the hassle of the salesmen trying to get you to buy a time share is a bit much upon check in.

Great place, not enough time

Property was very nice and staff was very helpful. It rained most of the time we were there, so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the amenities but looks like there were many. Overall grounds are well maintained. Would like to stay there again.

Last Minute Orlando getaway

This was a great property, we really enjoyed the 3 bedroom it was very spacious and the property was great. The only reason for 4 stars the parking wasn’t friendly. Over all this was a great trip, and will definitely come abd stay here again. 😘
