Lacanau south district, quiet and privileged area close to shops, beaches, pleasant individual house, approx 76m² , well equipped, for four people. The living room, living/dining room opens, by window door, on a terrace west facing with garden furniture. The independent kitchen also opens onto the terrace. You will appreciate the large bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with twin beds. A shower room with shower and sink. Independent toilet. Your pet is welcome in this accommodation. You have access to the large garage located under the house (its access is made by a rather steep slope), a car park is also accessible outside. Join the beach at 800m, shops, glaciers and surf schools at 400 m, golf at 3 km and lake at 6 km (Ref 02390)BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

Basically the house has everything you need. For the first few days the house smelled bad and seemed a bit dingy. The furniture is a mix of different decades therefore the decor seems pretty bland.

Ruim huis met zonnig terras

Heerlijk verblijf gehad, huis is zeer goed voorzien van keukenapparatuur. Hond heeft het ook fijn gehad in de omheinde tuin dicht bij het strand.

Maison agréable, au calme . Pour nous, bien qu’à 10mn de la plage,c’était un peu loin car ça monte et ça descend et nous ne sommes pas très en forme.problème avec le stationnement payant même devant la maison et la pente d’accès au garage tellement dangereuse qu’ils ont dû mettre des cales pour empêcher les voitures de defonder la porte du garage . Il faudrait un accès direct dans le jardin ,qui lui, est plat .pour tout le reste ,simple et propre , carrelage au sol pratique et tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine.

Maison très agréable, bien aménagée, tout y est. Coin très calme, en tous cas en septembre. Repos et calme, c'est ce que je recherchais. Facile d'accès aux commodités, et pouvoir aller à la plage à pieds. Très sympa aussi pour le chien. J'ai vraiment apprécié mes vacances.

Je recommande cette location à ceux qui veulent passer un agréable séjour avec tout à portée de main ( courses,plages) sans utiliser la voiture. C'est une maison bien équipée bien fraiche du fait de son isolation et carrelage ce qui nous a permi de supporter la canicule. Accueil super par le personnel de l'agence et qui est à votre écoute pour vous rendre service . MERCI

Eine exellente Unterkunft zentral gelegen

Wir haben die Ferien in Lacanau zu zweit sehr genossen, wozu die Unterkunft wesentlich beigetragen hat. Es ist alles vorhanden, was der Mensch braucht, vor allem für zwei Personen war reichlich Platz verfügbar. Die technische Ausstattung war perfekt. Nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum, zum Einkaufen nutzt man jedoch besser das Auto. Besonders gut hat die Lage des Hauses unter schattigen Bäumen gefallen.

Great house for a beach vacation

The house is located on a little hill in the city of Lacanau Ocean and works perfectly as a little retreat during a beach vacation. In walking distance to the beach (~ 15 minutes if you walk slowly), it is not too far away from restaurants, beach shopping, and clubs, but still is very silent so that you can enjoy your evenings on the porch.
