This 2nd-floor, 3-bedroom suite offers a comfortable and convenient stay just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. Here are some key details about your vacation rental:

Space: The suite features 10-foot-high ceilings throughout and offers just under 1,000 square feet of living space. It includes a back patio accessible from two bedrooms, providing a peaceful view of Perdido Key's natural habitat. Please note that while the condo can sleep 7 guests, only 6 adults are allowed, as the top bunk is not suitable for adults due to weight limits.

Location: You'll be situated within the Villagio Shopping Complex, which offers shops, restaurants, a gym, spa, and more conveniently located on-site. The public beach access is just a quick walk away, approximately 0.3 miles from the condo. The building features stairs on either side and an elevator in the middle for easy access.

Amenities: Inside the condo, you'll find a large smart TV in the living room and TVs in each of the back bedrooms. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and silverware. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer available in the unit. A Week in Fl Paradise

Island Oasis was a very well equipped, comfortable, and conveniently located condo. Access to the beach was easy too. The owners are VERY responsive to messages which made us feel even more satisfied with our decision to book with them. If you are looking for a family friendly and dog friendly central location to relax and enjoy the FL sunshine, this is a great place to stay.

This unit was perfect for our stay. I travelled with 3 adults, a toddler, and a dog. The owners thoughtfully include many things such as children's plates & utensils, a pack n play, and even a dog bowl!We could walk downstairs for both coffee & breakfast, and beach access was just a short walk/drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little 3 bedroom condo with a little shopping & food choices steps away. Easy walk to the beach. Great location close to many site’s & attractions, but far enough for quiet nights. Highly recommend! Lindsay was a fabulous host with quick communication! Only critique would be the frying pans need replaced, but great amenities overall. Would definitely stay again!

It was a nice vacation.

We enjoyed the property. The management team resolved our issues immediately, meaning my fire stick went out maintenance had me a new one and resolved the issue immediately. We had another issue with Wi-Fi we were able to get resolved over the phone immediately. Very handsome own with making sure you are accommodated properly during your stay. Thanks so much for that.

Comfortable condo on the key

A comfortable 3 BR, 2 1/2 bath condo in a medium size complex with some restaurants and retail right there. Attractive setting on the Gulf. Just as described in the listing and photos. Good support by the owner and manager. Our only caution - while the distance to downtown Pensacola is short, traffic was heavy and slow during rush hours. So if that's your destination, plan your trips accordingly. And, we found that there were plenty of good options for restaurants and retail right there on the key, or just across the bridge on the mainland.

Condo description is as described. Easy to find. Parking is free and there are lots of open spaces. Washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful. Liked the 1.5 baths. Didn’t use some of the bedrooms as there were only 2 of us, but the bedrooms are cute. Kitchen was adequate for what we needed. Access by combination which made it easy. There are only a few condos and they are located on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs or elevator. Nicely decorated and very clean. Owner is very responsive.

We stayed 5 nights for our family vacation. We loved it!! Super cute. Cozy home feeling. Walking distance to shops, restaurants. Easy access to everything. Made it very convenient! The walk to beach was very easy. The shopping center where the condo is located at is really cute! We explored the whole thing. AC worked great- that's a huge plus for us! The condo was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking and it has an elevator and a water hose on the side so you can rinse off after a day at the beach!! We will definitely be back! It was a great trip for us! Lindsay the host was really nice and very quick to respond to any questions I had!
