About this property

Charming cottage for your vacation, calm near the sea, large beach. Proxi Les Sables.

Living room with television, wifi, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen dining area, bathroom with large shower, sink, wc, heated towel rail. Large mezzanine bed for 2 people. Terrace table and garden chairs, 2 sun loungers, a large parasol. Large indoor parking, access to large garden of 2500 m2. Green countryside, large trees, shade. Outbuilding of my large dwelling house, completely independent of access. As an indication: I live alone and am absent from the property all day, being a trader. This allows future tenants to have the enjoyment of all of it. Automatic gate with individual remote control. Security deposit of 300 Euros required on arrival, refundable on departure if everything is ok in the Gîte.

Lovely and peaceful

We have stayed at this property twice, lovely, clean,modern and a great host. The house is attached to the owners home which is surrounded by a lovely large garden. There is a double bed upstairs which is a mezzanine. Downstairs has everything you need plus a double sofa bed. We were there for 3 wks and loved being there. Close to Talmont and short drive to beach.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little property. It is peaceful, except unfortunately the neighbour chose to build a new drive, which took a week and a half to finish with diggers and lorries working all day. But, we were out everyday so it didn’t really matter too much. Everything in the Gite was spotless, we had everything we wanted. Not far from the beach.Veillon Plage is beautiful and has 3 bars If you are fit and heathy it is walkable or a cyclist I think would do it in half an hour. There are shops and supermarkets in Talmont. There is also the Castle which was once owned by Richard the Lionheart which overlooks the Village. We just loved sitting outside the bar which is opposite the castle and have a couple of drinks on an evening. There was only problem we love having a barbecue but the owner doesn’t allow them due to fire hazard. However, we will definitely be returning.

Due Wohnung war top in Ordnung und für zwei Personen gut ausgestattet.Der große Garten und die ruhige Lage haben wir besonders genossen.Die Begrüßung und die ganze Abwicklung rund um die Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Da wir mit Hund unterwegs waren, haben wir uns über die vielen Strände gefreut, die wir auch mit Hund besuchen konnten. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gab es reichlich und waren gut erreichbar!Wur können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Propre commode et... petit.

Un peu loin de tout, voiture obligatoire. Location sombre et hauteur sous plafond critique dans la mezzanine. Nous nous sommes fait quelques bosses:-) ma femme fait 1,60 et moi 1,78. À noter que l'escalier pour accéder à la chambre est pentu. En un mot je deconseillerai cette location pour des personnes âgées, obèses ou légèrement handicapées. Le parking est très facile et vous pouvez y laisser des objets sans crainte du vol. Notre hôte qui habite dans la maison mitoyenne fait le job avec beaucoup de discrétion tion... Mais, bon, vous n'êtes pas chez vous. J'ai pu rechargé mon véhicule hybride avec un très léger supplément pour la consommation électrique normalement comprise dans le coût de la location. Côte nuisance peu de bruits, quelques voitures la nuit sur la voie rapide, les enfants du voisin, les animations d'un terrain de camping suivant les vents :-) Rien d'insupportable néanmoins. J'espère avoir été objectif et informatif. PS: Tout le confort est là malgré la petitesse du lieu. La douche est très agréable et grande. Par contre elle en face du WC qui lui est face au chauffe serviette... Ce n'est donc pas le bon endroit pour lire le journal :-) En résumé, bon accueil, très propre, tout le confort, manque d'indépendance et vraiment petit pour le prix. La chambre est pentu la chambre

Mauvaise odeur dans le studio, problème d'isolation chambre sous le toit, terrasse pas ombragée, un parasol usé par le temps aucune protection, pas d'intimité le propriétaire garant sa voiture juste devant, donnant sur la terrasse à 15 mètres à peine de la baie vitrée de notre location, il passait 3 à 4 fois juste devant, aucune intimité. je n'y retournerais pas. Avions regretté n'étions pas bien.

Le logement était parfait pour 3 (2 adultes et un enfant de 5 ans). Au calme dans une propriété privée. Proche des commodités et de la plage de Talmont. Il est très bien situé. A 20 min du remblay des Sables. Intérieur très joli et fonctionnel, lave vaisselle et lave linge à disposition. Confortable et accueillant. Terrasse avec bains de soleil et table pour profiter de l'extérieur. L'hôte est très réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. (Le petit plus pour moi, c'est de laisser à notre disposition des produits d'entretien qui souvent nous encombrent car on repart avec alors qu'on en utilise qu'un peu.)
