Nice, big house in a great location.

We had a very good vacation in Banyuls-sur-mer. The house is very big and fits well for two families with teenagers. The house is well-equipped and the view is beautiful. Things that are useful to know: - The aircondition is only in the bedrooms (which makes sense in such a big house). It does not go below 23 degrees and is difficult to administer. The temperature in the bedrooms was much higher than 23 degrees several times during the night. - The beds are quite hard, which some people like, but for people with back-problems it is useful to know. - The games in the bar-room requires coins (e.g 2EUR per billiard game).

Idyllique

Avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. la maison est très très bien équipée, facile à vivre et très bien décoré. La vue est magnifique. Comme elle est grande , chacun trouve son espace de détente.Seul bémol deux lits double qui font moins de 1,40 et il manque des explications concernant le fonctionnement de la télévision et de la Clim La propriétaire d’une grande gentillesse est toujours disponible par téléphone . Je recommande cette maison qui respire le bien être.

Très bon séjour

Très belle maison. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Malgré la chaleur les équipements ont parfaitement rempli leur rôle (piscine - jacuzzi - climatisation)

Villa comme on en rêve pour des vacances parfaites!

Immense villa neuve et très propre. Les photos la représentent parfaitement. La personne en fauteuil roulant faisant partie de notre groupe a pu accéder à tout les espaces de cette belle demeure. La vue sur mer est superbe!. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances tant dans la villa que dans les villages connus alentours. Merci à Mr et Mme Babule pour leur gentillesse et amabilité. Un seul bémol "la conciergerie" soit injoignable soit aucunement à notre écoute....

Une belle maison spacieuse et bien équipée, merveilleusement située dans les hauteurs avec vue mer.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille. Les jeunes enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et les grands du spa et du sauna.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille dans cette maison exceptionnelle dominant Banyuls-sur-Mer avec une vue superbe. La maison offre des prestations, des équipements et une décoration digne d’un 5 étoiles ! Très sécurisé avec des enfants, très bien pensé vous passerez un séjour d’exception !
