Ideal for holidays with family or friends, this property can accommodate between 2 and 10 people and enjoys a peaceful location, just a 10-minute drive from the beaches.

The total living area of 189 m² (villa: 124 m², annex: 65 m²) is let as a whole. You have access to:
5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 comfortable living areas, 1 mezzanine, an entrance hall and a cellar.
You’ll have access to a 1,300 m² plot, fully fenced and landscaped with trees, featuring 3 terraces (one of which is covered by a pergola), a barbecue, a plancha, and a full set of comfortable garden furniture. There are plenty of books, outdoor games and 5 bicycles available on request.

Practical information: Private car park with 3 spaces and a charging point for electric vehicles.
The village is within walking distance. The surrounding footpaths and the nearby lake offer superb walks right on your doorstep.

We live on site in two outbuildings situated to the side and at the rear of the property. Our living areas and yours are completely separate and offer total privacy, ensuring your peace and quiet.

Your dogs are welcome (up to 3 per stay).

The 1,500 m² property is ideally situated for exploring the region. We are on the edge of a village steeped in history, offering all essential amenities, in a peaceful setting. Our accommodation is open from April to the end of October, as well as during the Christmas holidays.

Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus sowie das gemütliche Poolhaus überzeugt jeweils durch eine tolle Aufteilung und hervorragende Ausstattung. Das Haus liegt prima, um Ausflüge zu machen und gleichsam ruhige Dorfidylle genießen zu können. Der Garten ist ein Träumchen, verschiedene Orte laden zum Sonnen, Kaffeetrinken, Lesen oder Speisen ein. Hunde haben zwei Möglichkeiten, um sich dort auszutoben oder zu lösen, alles ist eingezäunt. Dennoch sollte man die Nachbarskatze, die sich hin und wieder auf das Grundstück schleicht, beachten. Selbst große Hunde schrecken sie nicht ab, allein Wasser und lautes Getöse hält den Kater fern. Kinder, Hunde, Erholungssuchende, Freizeitabenteurer...alle finden hier ihr zweites Zuhause.Spielsachen, Pool- und Gartenspielzeug, Mückenstecker, Hundenäpfe, Babybett, Hochstuhl, Leihfahrräder, Kochutensilien, Kaffee (Pads und gemahlen), Waschmaschine, ausreichnd Kommoden und Schränke, zwei Grilloptionen, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Zewa usw. ist alles vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich top! Ebenso die Kommunikation und Vorbereitung. Im Vorfeld bekommt man eine Übersicht mit dem Inventar und Hinweise/ Tipps für Hundebesitzer. Die Vermieter sind absolut diskret und dennoch sofort präsent/ ansprechbar, wenn man Fragen hat oder Hilfe benötigt. Laurence und Olivier sind aufmerksame Gastgeber (neben einer Einweisung gab es sogar tolle Gastgeschenke), charmante Herzensmenschen mit Humor, Geduld und Feingefühl. Wir empfehlen das Feriendomizil weiter.

Laurence et Olivier sont des hôtes très attentifs et réceptifs à vos demande. Les propriétaires et la maison sont top!!! Une très belle maison avec tous le confort. Laurence est au petit soin et nous a bien chouchouter. Nous avons apprécié le fait que les propriétaires n’étaient pas sur notre dos et sont rester extrêmement discret on ne les a quasi pas vu. Nous espérons revenir l’année prochaine.

Värdarna var mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga.

Tyvärr fick vi inte bada i poolen pga restriktioner. När vi fick veta detta var det för sent att boka något nytt hus. Detta gjorde att vår semester inte blev som vi hoppats. Bra ac i båda husen. Cyklar fanns att låna, två elcyklar. Lugnt bra område men vi behövde ta bilen till stranden.

Tolle saubere Wohnung

Wir waren zwei Wochen, mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in der Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr diskret und man merkt garnicht, das sie direkt nebenan wohnen. Sie haben ihren Bereich komplett abgeschirmt. Bei Fragen standen sie einem immer zu Verfügung. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight für die Kinder. Die Wohnung war super sauber und man hat alles gefunden was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt.

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait que le logement soit de plein-pied, avec toutes les pièces qui donnent sur la piscine ! Le quartier est calme, et on peut facilement (en voiture) accéder à la côte.

Aufenthalt in tollem Haus mit Pool

Nach den Covid 19 Beschränkungen haben Laurence und Olivier ihr Ferienhaus nach langer Zeit wieder für uns zugänglich gemacht.Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür.Wir hatten eine absolute Privatshäre in dem Haus und konnten den davorliegenden Pool exclusiv nutzen.Bei Fragen zu Ausflügen oder Restaurants waren sie immer ansprechbar.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen,die Nähe zum Meer,aber auch zu den Bergen.Perpignan ist nur eine halbe Stunde Autofahrt entfernt.Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Relaxed, peaceful location in attractive surroundings

We stayed at the gîte for 10 days - with my husband and teenage daughter. The gîte is basically built around two sides of the pool with the main bedroom and bathroom at one end and the twin )bunk beds) bedroom and a toilet at the other end. Living areas in the middle. There is good a/c in the living area and master bedroom but none in the twin. Cooking facilities are minimal but there is a large fridge freezer and a decent gas barbecue supplied with gas. Laurence and her husband live in the house but have screened it off so that you have access to one of the terraces with outdoor dining area and a seating area. The pool area has sun loungers etc. The garden is nicely planted and well maintained and there is a view of the Pyrenees mountains. It is easily walkable into the village for supplies and the walk around the lake is pleasant and largely shaded. Tons to do in the area. We did a trip down the coast into Spain, a day in Andorra, Couilliore is beautiful etc.

En pärla i Palau-del-Vidre

Ett fantastiskt hus med stor pool och trädgård som vi disponerade helt för oss själva. Närheten till bergen och havet ger många fördelar. Byn i sig är en levande by med glasblåsning, lite butiker och restauranger. Värdarna var helt fantastiska utan att vara i vägen. Vi fick solmogna grapefrukter från egen odling hela veckan. Vi kommer gärna åter.

Lovely property with fantastic hosts!!

From the pre-arrival communications and throughout the duration of our stay, Laurence and Olivier were fantastic hosts, helping with any queries we had. Maintaining a great balance of being there when needed but respecting your privacy - couldn’t have hoped for a more welcoming couple. The property was clean and exactly like the pictures, situated in a private space. The gite is close to the village centre and 15 mins from the beach, we also took a day trip to Barcelona. There is plenty to do in the region but between the beach and pool at the property, we were very happy with our stay!!

Tucked away but close to everything you'd need - great venue.

The property is purpose-built as an extension to the owner's house in a secure garden. Well thought out with bedrooms at each end, good aircon and ventilation. Pool is just right size though has no shallow end (c. 5 feet deep) so not good for very small children. Good self-catering facilities with all-day supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. A nice country walk 2 minutes away. Position: very good for beaches (15 minute drive) and hills. 20 minutes drive into Perpignan. Owners very nice and helpful though their English was about as good as my French. I'd go back.

petit coin de paradis

Le gite est parfait si vous souhaitez vous éloignez de la côte tout en restant quand même très à proximité en voiture. Le gîte est dans un lotissement très calme. La maison est très bien équipée (2 toilettes , salle de bain avec accès direct sur la piscine, TV ...) et le plain pied très appréciable. l’Espagne n'est pas très loin , Collioure à environ 20 minutes. Laurence et Olivier sont des propriétaires charmants et disponibles si besoin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons vivement cette adresse. Nous y retournerons si nous séjournons de nouveau dans cette région.

Bien et au calme

Gîte plaisant, calme et bien équipé, tout à fait conforme à la description. Il est bien situé, et permet de visiter facilement toute la région. Etant venus en mars nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine ni de la terrasse, mais la maison doit être très agréable en été. Les propriétaires sont également très sympathiques. Location conforme à la description, très bien située pour découvrir la région. Laurence et olivier sont des hôtes très sympathiques, à l'écoute des locataires et hyper-réactifs.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ces lieux.
