The 3rd bathroom is downstairs off the junior master, shared with game room. This is the ONLY room in the home that is not fully renovated, but it is very clean with updated Nickel fixtures, toilet, LED lights, etc. It has a deep, 6 foot bath tub, and a separate shower stall with a double vanity.

Noise should be kept respectful at all times. *Pet friendly, with approval and pet fee paid. *Please leave garbage in the bear box (or garage if full). *There is zero tolerance for loud or abusive guests. Please be considerate of neighbors (most live here year-round). *Please no celebratory parties like bachelor, bachelorette, etc. This is a family oriented home! *Booking guest must be 25 years or older, and the booking guest in which the reservation is made MUST be present at all times. Zero tolerance for booking for kids to come up and party. *No smoking anywhere in the house whatsoever. *Surveillance on driveway and in door bell. No cameras inside the home. Noise Aware Decibel monitoring inside and outside of the home. No discernible audio recorded. *Please ensure all windows and doors are shut and locked when not at the home and upon departure.

Fantastic location close to heavenly village! Great views of the pine trees. Host was also very friendly and responsive. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our Tahoe visit!!
Everyone was able to have their own room, all the beds were very comfortable. We were all able to eat together in the kitchen, long table and lots of chairs. The older kids were kept busy with the downstairs entertainment area while the adults could enjoy visiting upstairs. Everything worked . It was clean and we were able to bring our fur baby. Nice trails to hike on near the home. It was away from the busy downtown area, not much traffic.

It was the perfect cabin for my family's early Christmas. It had plenty of rooms for the the adults and kids. The kitchen and living room were comfortable to hang out in. The pool table was a hit for the older kids. Only minor annoyance was that the down stairs area was always colder than upstairs. The thermostat only controlled upstairs and it was about 5 degrees colder down stairs, but we just stayed wrapped in blankets so it wasn't the worst. Kitchen was well stocked and the grill right outside was perfect. Location was very quiet, with snow still in the ground. Definitely recommend for large groups.

Thank you Edward! We're glad you enjoyed the home! It's a really nice home for larger groups, with the two living areas, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 13 beds. It's very nice and comfortable. I apologize the lower level was cooler for you. There is a gas stove in the lower level with a separate thermostat that helps keep it toasty in the lower level. We have space heaters in the bedrooms as backup if needed too. Shutting the heat register under the upstairs whole house Nest thermostat can also help. Thank you for staying and taking care of the home!
This was a very nice house with plenty of EVERYTHING!! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the things we needed to prep and cook meals! Not all places will have it. Also plenty of bath necessities!
The only tiny thing that would’ve been helpful for US was if the house itself had its own private fenced yard for our pup. Not a big deal, we just kept his leash on and stayed with him at all times. The neighborhood is very quiet and taking walks along the streets was so peaceful.
Emailing with the property manager was also very prompt!

Nice, spacious house next to Heavenly Mountain Resort
Communication with Caleb and check-in was perfect! The house is fantastic, it's close to town, and it's got enough space for at least 3-4 families. Not to mention it's very close to Heavenly Mountain Resort.
However, we did experience a leak issue with the guest bathroom shower. (The property owner/manager was transparent about a potential problem with the master bath before our arrival.) We proceeded to stay here, thinking it wouldn't be a big deal not to use the affected shower.
We learned the hard way that the leak issue was not just with the master bathroom but also with the guest bathroom.
My girlfriend's bath turned into a nightmare as I saw the ceiling leaking on the first floor.
Thank goodness the property owner was responsive, took 100% accountability for this issue, and worked to accommodate my family and me. I can't thank Caleb enough for maintaining communication throughout this issue.
Once the shower issues get addressed, this place will be perfect for staying while visiting Lake Tahoe.
We are 5 families that vacation together. Our kids all go to school together and are teenagers. We chose this house because it had beds for everyone and plenty to do for the teens. The kids loved that there was a pool table and multiple PS4’s and televisions they could use. Time spent at the house, the kids were always downstairs in their own space playing games. The adults could hang out upstairs or outside at the patio area. The space outside has a nice table with chairs and enough room to add chairs. We brought beach chairs with us. There are 3 refrigerators, one in the kitchen, one in the garage and a medium one downstairs entertainment room. That made it nice for storing cold drinks and food. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The beds felt cleaner than a hotel. The local ordinances are strict for noise, but that is not a problem. You want it that way. The house next door to this one is also a rental. Only one evening they were loud, but not for long. There are other rentals on that street as well. The location is nice, seems close to ski area’s, lake, grocery store, shopping etc…. If we head up to Tahoe again, we will consider staying here again.
Stayed here with a big group of friends and hate a great time. House was awesome and in a perfect location. Tons of sleeping room. Host was very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

A perfect location to Sourh Lake Tahoe ski resorts! The home was very clean and had everything we needed! The game room and sound system was amazing! Caleb was fantastic setting up everything!!!

Feels like home
This home was great! Newly renovated. The owner has really put a lot of thought into making the home comfortable and enjoyable for its guests. The kitchen was very well stocked - not just dishes, pots & pans, etc. but spices and condiments in fridge as well. We rented it the week between Christmas and New Year's and it was very cute decorated with Christmas items including a tree! The owner was VERY responsive and helpful too. We would definitely rent again from Caleb and especially would come back for this house. I almost don't want to give a good review because I want to keep it my secret! LOVED it!!!
