3 total - 2 upstairs, 1 in hallway and 1 in master bedroom - both with double vanity's. This private master bathroom has completely custom tile work and rain shower system over a 3 foot wide jetted whirpool tub.
The 3rd bathroom is downstairs off the junior master, shared with game room. This is the ONLY room in the home that is not fully renovated, but it is very clean with updated Nickel fixtures, toilet, LED lights, etc. It has a deep, 6 foot bath tub, and a separate shower stall with a double vanity.

*There is zero tolerance for loud or abusive guests. Please be considerate of neighbors (most live here year-round).
*Please no celebratory parties like bachelor, bachelorette, etc. This is a family oriented home!
*Booking guest must be 25 years or older, and the booking guest in which the reservation is made MUST be present at all times. Zero tolerance for booking for kids to come up and party.
*No smoking anywhere in the house whatsoever.
*Surveillance on driveway and in door bell. No cameras inside the home. Noise Aware Decibel monitoring inside and outside of the home. No discernible audio recorded.
*Please ensure all windows and doors are shut and locked when not at the home and upon departure.

I love the location of this home. Many homes either have prime location, ad a busy, 'city' feel, or mountain serentiy but far away from the action. This home has both, just outside the city limits, this property is nestled in the rolling hills and pines trees, while only minutes from Heavenly, the town, lake, Stateline, and the casinos.
