Bella Vista Villa Getaway Private Vineyard With Spa. Relax with Family & friends

Beautiful three bedroom, two full bath home with key less entry situated on four acres in the heart of Temecula Wine Country the gateway to the Wine Trail. Views of our beautiful vineyard from every room of the home in an open floor plan with living room, dining room and family room.

Enjoy our backyard with a barbecue/bar, fire and ice round table, additional outside seating and jacuzzi nestled up to our thirty year old pine trees.

The space

Our beds in the home are 1 king, 2 queens and 1 queen sofa bed in the living room. The dining table seats 8. A fully stocked kitchen is at your disposal and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Sit on our porch swing out front or dine at our tables that overlook our vineyard with sunsets that are breathtaking! Take pictures under our covered bridge that stands proud over our property.

Enjoy your morning coffee and wave to the beautiful Hot Air Balloons that fly over our property daily.

Walking distance to wineries and just a short drive to Old Town that boasts dining, live music, antique shopping and Saturday Farmer's Market. Shopping at our Promenade Mall with over 170 top retailers is a four mile drive from the property. Feeling lucky?....Pechanga Casino will have you feeling like you're in Vegas and is just a five mile drive from the home.

We want you to feel comfortable and at home and are available to suggest activities in the area.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home including front and back yards and vineyard.
No access to master bedroom closet and garages.

Interaction with guests

We are available to our guests by telephone and/or email 24/7.

Other things to note

Due to being a working vineyard, you may see workers hard at work on the property from time to time.

Smoking is prohibited in the home and only is to take place on either front or back patios.

Temecula weekend

House was just as described. After spending 3 days at amusement parks this gave us an excellent place to relax. Enjoyed the wineries and got in a hot air balloon along with enjoying just relaxing by the fire table at night.

My 4 girlfriends and I had the best stay. Everything was just as represented in the description. It's quiet and peaceful yet so close to so many wineries. The home itself was so comfy and inviting. I definitely would stay here again!

We stayed here a couple nights for my daughter’s wedding. It was perfect! Close to everything but you feel so private. This would be a wonderful place for a wine tasting weekend! The host was great from booking to checking on us!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bella Vista Villa Getaway. Excellent location - close to what we wanted and just far away from traffic to give us a rural feeling. Loved the hot tub...wished the BBQs were working. Other than the BBQs needing replacement this place was a good find.

Fabulous property

Back yard living at its finest. Patio, hot tub, grill, landscaping, views, privacy...the whole package. We preferred to stay in every night to enjoy that patio rather than go out for dinner. We'll definitely be returning!!!

Family Stay for Wedding

The property was clean and comfortable. We opted for a home because we had three generations staying together for a friend's wedding at a local winery. It's so much easier to care for kids and infants when there's a kitchen plus room inside and out for kids to move.

Beautiful Temecula Getaway!

We stayed at Chris' gorgeous house during a mini quarantine weekend getaway. It's spotless, (the house looked and felt like it has been disinfected and cleaned), and the view is immaculate and definitely gives off the Temecula vibe! We definitely appreciated the spacious and well equipped kitchen and the house is conveniently located to many restaurants and wineries. Flawless communication with Chris throughout the entire trip. This is the perfect stay for families. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. Chris was very responsive to all my inquiries and we were personally welcomed upon our arrival with a quick tour. Everything was well stocked and very clean. The home was lovely with beautiful grounds. It felt very spacious with plenty of room. We spent many hours outdoors enjoying the patio with bbq, jacuzzi, and fire pit as well as the front with the scenic view of the valley from the porch swing. It was a wonderful place to stay and very convenient to the wineries, Lake Skinner, Old Town, and shopping. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back myself one day as well.

Comfortable and accessible home

The property exceeded our expectations. We have mobility challenges and it has become very difficult to find a place that we can stay. This home was perfect for our family. Comfy furnishings, roomy for our six adults, lovely views and well appointed. We did feel quite at home and welcome. Chris was a phone call or text away to answer our few questions. No one wanted to leave when we had to check out. Hope to return in the future.

This beautiful property was conveniently located to all of the wineries yet off the beaten path just enough. The house itself looks like a well decorated model home and has plenty of space for everyone. Our entire party agreed that it was a great find and that we’d stay again! My only complaint would be that there was no dishwasher and the large water feature in the backyard wasn’t working. Other than that it was a 5 star stay:) Thank you again Chris for your fantastic communication!

Beautiful location

We had a wonderful girl’s trip to Temecula. We went wine tasting, shopping in Old Town Temecula and dinning at different restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. It is set in a vineyard and we enjoyed an amazing sunset. They left us a good amount of water bottles in the fridge, which was greatly appreciated. It had everything we needed. We were disappointed, because of the rainy weather, we were not able to enjoy the outdoor amenities as we would have liked. There is a delightful back patio with a spa and an adorable front patio with a swing. The owner was easy to communicate with, always quick to respond to our emails. I would definitely recommend this place.
