Studio 26 m2, classified 2 ☆, quiet, at the foot of the slopes of the Station des Brasses.
The new season can breathe the fresh air of the mountain through beautiful nature, and practice hiking, walking ... MTB ... hang gliding ...
It is located at the foot of the mountain of the Station des Brasses, 4km from the village Bogève and 10km from all amenities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy ... etc) in Viuz en Sallaz.
You will have a sunny balcony, facing South all day, with a view on the mountain.
You have Wi-Fi (extra, 10 € / week)
It is composed of a living room decorated with a TV, a dvd player, a Hifi Chain ... a sofa BZ of 140 cm allowing 1 bed 2 persons and in the entry a cabin equipped with two bunk beds of 80 cm (mattresses, duvets, pillows, plaids) .A kitchen equipped (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and Senseo coffee machine) is opened on the living room, and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
You will have a washing machine, a towel dryer present in the bathroom.
A cot and a baby chair are available.
Ski lockers at the entrance of the building.
Tennis court available in front of the residence.

pas de nettoyage entre 2 locations
Appartement bien situé pour pouvoir faire de belles randonnées
information importante : le propriétaire ne passe pas entre deux occupants . Il se contente d'imputer les remarques négatives sur le locataire précédent. Il nous a ainsi reproché :
- l'état de propreté sur des équipements que nous n'avions pas utilisé
- les poils du chat que nous aurions emmenés avec nous en vacances

Vu la complexité de la demande de location cette année nous n'avons effectivement pas pu vérifier surplace après votre passage et nous faisons confiance à chacun.
Ceux qui vous ont succédé ont été de très mauvaise foi et malheureusement ceci s'est retourné contre vous sans justification !!!

Fijn praktisch verblijf
Netjes, praktisch maar voor 4 personen wel wat krap. Wij waren met 3: dat ging prima. Alles is voorhanden, zelfs föhn en strijkplank. Wij zijn in de zomer geweest: dan is er weinig te doen, en in augustus zijn veel restaurants dicht.
Het appartement was heel netjes en schoon. De communicatie met de eigenaren verliep heel goed!

Effectivement notre appartement est conseillé pour 3 adultes ou la plupart du temps nous recevons 2 adultes et 2 enfants !
Été ou hiver, nous sommes peu à l'intérieur... il y a tellement de choses à faire... et à visiter... surplace pour la saison de ski c'est l'idéal et les autres saisons vous offres des moments de nature très agréables au coeur d'un périmètre de villes magnifiques ( Annecy, Samoens, Thonon, ... ) et sites tel que le fer à cheval par exemple... visite du Mont Saléve en téléphérique... deltaplane pour les plus courageux et randonnées pour les sportifs 😉

Au top, Difficile de faire mieux
La communication avec l'hôte fût très agréable, Nadège est hyper réactive et la procédure d'arrivée / départ très facile et très rapide.
L'appartement, récemment rénové, est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'une propreté irréprochable.
Il est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque et tout y est fonctionnel.
Nous avons pu nous garer facilement à moins d'une minute à pied !
L'emplacement au pied des pistes est juste extraordinaire pour qui voudrait skier l'hiver.
Nous sommes venus en été et la situation est juste géniale, à une demi heure du centre de Genève, trois quart d'heure d'Yvoire, Thonon et Evian au nord et autant d'Annecy au sud, parfait pour le tourisme !
À moins de 10 minutes en voiture, vous trouverez un supermarché, des restaurants, tout les commerces dont vous aurez besoin et une excellente coopérative fromagère pour découvrir toutes les spécialités savoyardes...
En bref : un séjour inoubliable, nous ne manquerons pas de revenir !
