To comply with Sarasota County Fire Code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is four. | The Master Bedroom has two Queen size Tempurpedic beds and a 55" Flat Screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a full custom tile shower with built in bench and soap/shampoo niche. | The full equipped kitchen includes upscale Stainless Steel Appliances, Keurig coffee machine, Quartz Counter tops, and a recently added Buffet and Counter for additional storage/serving. The enclosed Lanai which is incorporated into the living room area provides a quiet retreat area with Plantation Shutters offering privacy while still providing a lovely view. | The fully equipped kitchen includes upscale stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a recently added buffet and counter for additional storage/serving. The HVAC system in this unit is equipped with Fresh-Aire UV light. The incorporated lanai provides a quiet retreat area with plantation shutters offering privacy while still providing a lovely view. We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
