This very cozy Parisian apartment is located one block away from the Seine river as well as City island and Notre-Dame Cathedral.

The buiding dates from the 18th century. It is located on the 2nd floor. NO elevator but a great view on private garden. Therefore very quiet.

This apartment has been fully refurbished in 2016 with a lot of style. It has tile and wooden floors.

This 35m2 apartment is extremely functional and can easily accomodate 3 adults or a family with 2 teenagers - with a full size bed and a fold out couch in the living room.

- Bedroom as a full size bed.

- Living room has a fold out couch full size and one desk with a chair.

- Dining area with table and 4 chairs.

- Kitchen is an open plan with dish washer, washer dryer and a top induction stove. Traditionnal owen and microwave owen.

- Bathroom has a shower and toilet

- Unlimited WiFi

This apartment is a perfect «pied-à-terre» for your Parisian stay, its location is ideal, very central near all the great Parisian highlights, Latin Quarter , Seine river, Notre-Dame Cathedral, City island, Saint Louis island, Saint-Germain-des Près, Orsay and the Louvre museums.

It will be my pleasure to welcome you, show you around and make sure you settle in confortably.

Nearest metro station « MAUBERT MUTUALITE» is 2 minutes walk from the apartment building.

The apartment location is unbeatable, offering easy access to everything we needed. The host, Louis, was very responsive and available for any questions throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by giving us a tour of the area, pointing out local markets, patisseries, and restaurants. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Really nice property in a great location. Small bedroom but the living room and dining area are good sized. Great "American" shower. Louis is an amazing host, excellent communication and recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is small but well designed and has everything you need for a comfortable home base to explore Paris. The location is ideal - close to Metro and the RER, a safe and quiet street in a bustling neighborhood, amazing cheese shop and bread shop around the corner. Resgrocery stores too

This apartment was situated perfectly for a Paris visit. Close to all amenities and we were able to walk to all our selected attractions. The location of our apartment in the Latin Quarter was superb, with easy access to both Île de la Cité and Île Saint-Louis, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Marais. Quiet and well-designed refuge

This is a compact space in a very old building, and it has been remodeled so well and designed so carefully that it feels bigger than it is. It is also perfectly quiet at night, which is impressive given its location in the middle of the lovely Latin Quarter. Close to excellent cheese shop, bakery, and cafes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this flat in the Latin Quarter. The location couldn’t be better, as it’s within walking distance within many amazing locations in Paris. We used the kitchen quite a bit, and kept the windows opened when we were home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Phenomenal property and property manager

Louis helped arrange car service at the airport and met me outside the building. He helped carry my bag upstairs and showed me how everything worked. He took us on a walk around the neighborhood and made some restaurant recommendations that were fantastic! He went above and beyond when my backpack and passport were stolen, meeting me at the police station and assuring I could communicate with them. Louis and the property were great and just a few steps to see Notre Dame and walk along the Seine river

Paris Latin quarter

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was a bit small for two adults and a teenager, but it was clean, well equipped, very quiet and a location that could not be beat. Excellent access to all historic sites, Seine, metro, and numerous restaurants, cafes, markets and shops in easy walking distance. Louis was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location for a Stay in Paris

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment in the Latin Quarter. The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood on a very quiet street. It’s close to everything including restaurants, a good boulangerie, grocery stores, a local market and several metro stops. Louis is the perfect host. He gave us a great guided tour of the neighborhood and helped us with our luggage when we got a cab to the airport. We would gladly stay in this apartment again.

The three of us had great stay. The location of this apartment is amazing. Very close to Notre Dame, very close to a Metro stop as well as restaurants and shops. This is a quiet neighborhood as well. Noteworthy, this is a very small apartment. There are two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. There is no A/C, and unfortunately it was 100 degrees one day we were in Paris. We had fans, and did our best. Luckily it is a quiet neighborhood as we slept with the windows open every night. It was unseasonable weather.

Adorable apartment, fabulous location, fabulous hosts!

The place is perfect--a cozy apartment in the Latin Quarter, just a few minutes to Notre Dame and even fewer to one of the best patisseries in Paris! Louis and Paolo are so helpful--they get you situated and respond immediately if you have questions. I stayed with my partner and 10-year-old daughter and it was perfect. It's close to several Metro and RER lines, so getting around Paris was a breeze. We would definitely stay again.
