Make yourself at home in this large and charming studio of 33 m2 in the center of le Marais. It is overlooking a beautiful garden in a historical building from the 17th century located on a quiet street . it is accessed by an old paved courtyard with trees and plants and it feels like you are in the countryside. The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator of a small building. Guests enjoy a peaceful space featuring a large living room, an open kitchen, a full bed and a bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. The apartment is very pleasant with its large volume, its high ceiling height of 3 meters, its old wood beams and its parquet floor. It is also very convenient as there are a lot of groceries shops and restaurants just 2 minutes away on rue de Bretagne. You can walk everywhere from the apartment ; it is right in the center of Paris and just 10 minutes walk to the Seine river. It is a non smoking apartment.

Very well situated and lovely apartment. Perfect for visiting Paris on foot, by Velib’ or by metro. Don’t miss the avocado toast at Le Sancerre or the café au lait at Sain Boulangerie.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this appartment.The host is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which immediately makes you feel at home. The apartment itself is very clean and well-maintained. Despite its central location, it is surprisingly quiet—ideal after a busy day in the city.The location is truly excellent: less than a 10-minute walk to Notre-Dame, with plenty of great dining options just around the corner.
