Modern Nashville Retreat with Rooftop Views– Perfect for Your Music City Getaway
Located just 3 miles from Honky Tonk Broadway, The Duet combines two side by side homes. Each has the same floor plan/multiple rooftop decks.
What make us different from the other properties?
Hospitality.
We answer any questions you have before arriving to Nashville. If you need recommendations on restaurants, catering, concierge services or experiences, we are here to help with planning.
When you arrive, the house is well lit, the temperature is just right, and the entire home is clean and welcoming to you and your group.
We have bragging rights on how comfortable our beds are, so you can have a restful night (and of course....no bunkbeds. Do you really want to sleep with 6+ people in one room...while you're on vacay?) You'll have plenty of closet space if you like to unpack when you travel and a luggage rack if you prefer to keep things in your suitcase.
You can also expect to have a lot of kitchen space, pots, pans, and appliances if you prefer to stay in and cook. And there are extra cleaning supplies/necessities at each home.
The "Little Things"
Our cleaners take pride in having this property sparkling clean.
We've offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, laundry detergent, and a coffee maker (Mr. Coffee & Keurig) .
Other little things include:
-High Speed Wifi (password/network are provided at check-in)
-Keyless keypad entry
-Full length mirrors
This property uses noise monitoring equipment by Noise Aware to measure how loud guests are during quiet hours. It does not record words/sound. It monitors noise levels only. There are cameras on the exterior of the property for guest safety.

Why they chose this property
You'll be in the Sylvan Summit Neighborhood. It's hillside is sprinkled with modern styled homes throughout. Just down the way there is a emerging restaurant district called Sylvan Supply and L&L Market. This is something I highly recommend our guests checking out. You can grab a 100 layered donut or some of the best freshly made pasta just down the street.
Also, the Sylvan Summit Neighborhood is close to the West End/Vanderbilt Neighborhood. This has always been great for parents/families coming for graduation or those attending on campus events.

We believe that while staying here you should feel comfortable and have plenty of space to relax, that's why there are zero bunkbeds in this home! Unlike other listings that may sleep the same number of people, 9 times out of 10, they are packing bunkbeds in a bedroom.
