Casa Rio de Luna is a contemporary 7-bedroom ocean-view villa on a hilltop in the gated Rancho Cerro Colorado community, San José del Cabo. All seven bedrooms are en-suite (five ocean-view, two mountain-view).

Outdoor living includes a private ocean-view heated pool, jacuzzi, fire pit lounge, ocean-view dining terrace and a private underground bar. A 4-seat golf cart reaches swimmable Punta Bella Beach (about 1 mile). Minutes from Palmilla Golf and the Tourist Corridor.

Blue Desert Cabo concierge can arrange a private chef, butler, groceries, luxury transportation, golf tee times, yacht charters and fishing. Sleeps up to 18 across seven bedrooms. Check-in 3:00 PM / check-out 11:00 AM. Pets considered with prior approval (up to 1). Events and weddings may be considered with prior written authorization (music 10:00 AM–10:00 PM); tee times subject to availability.
