Villa Paraiso is a 8,000 sq ft Mediterranean style home located on a private beach along the famed Corridor of Los Cabos, in the exclusive gated community of Punta Bella.

The spacious floor plan features Six++ bedrooms with private bathrooms in each room, a billiard room and bar surrounded by French doors that open to the pool area, and a fully furnished gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances.

Enjoy spectacular views of the sea, rocky tide pools, and the surrounding desert mountains from the poolside Veranda. The heated pool with swim-up seats and twin dolphin fountains, is dramatically terraced over the hill side. Majestic Cantera stone columns outline the shaded porch of the outdoor Cantina.

The villa is steps away from the beach that is shared with The One and Only Palmilla Hotel. Punta Bella has a private cove that is perfect for snorkeling and swimming. Villa Paraiso is a 20 minute Beach walk to the One and Only Palmilla Resort. A Beach Cabana and Beach chairs are available for all guests.

This is an incredible home that has one the best locations! The property was clean and well maintained inside and out! The meals prepared by Chef Jorge were five star restaurant quality! Fabulous house in one of the best areas, and on one of the best beach areas in Cabo. I will definitely rent this house again. The Chef service was outstanding. Each of the 8 meals were excellent. Daily housekeeping service was also excellent. Everything promised by the owner was delivered. Awesome place and awesome experience.

Great Vacation.

This House was perfect for two families and located on the best beach on the Cabo corridor in my opinion, not far from the Palmilla One and Only. Our kids went down to the beach each night to watch the turtles being released and the ocean in front of the house was calm enough for our kids to swim and snorkel. The owner was very easy to deal with and very helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely consider this property if you are looking for a beachfront location with the best beach possible. The meals were prepared each morning and might by staff and the food was very good.

Cabo Trip - 10 Adults

Had a great stay here. Had 5 couples, 10 adults, no children. Can't beat the views of the ocean, great location. We barely left the house. Stayed 5 days. I would highly recommend the chef services offered. We did 3 breakfast/brunch and 3 dinners in house. All were excellent! The service of Sergio, Claudia and her sister were fantastic. The food was fresh, well prepared and delicious. Pool, hot tub were great. Went down to the beach too. Beware of the waves and under-tow, they are no joke. You can go in the water, but I would recommend a good swimming background. House was clean and as advertised. Maid service daily. Would certainly come back again.

From the view to the food, everything was first rate, all our needs taken care of. The villa is terrific, the food fantastic (so much so we cancelled eating out. The 10 of us had the best time we can remember!!!!

Everything was great start to finish we were picked up at the airport And dropped off

And dropped off .. they have a concierge that provides the extra amenities including ground transportation food cooking as well as special events as required so we didn’t really have to do much except enjoy.

It is hard to describe how beautiful and well maintained Villa Paraiso is. It was only exceeded by the service provided. Fernando and Veronica were fantastic. All the meals were delicious. it was obvious to us that Veronica had professional chef training. Fernando was extremely accommodating. Everyone of our group said Villa Paraiso was the best accommodations that they have ever stayed at. Another example of the service is that we had an extended power outage the first night. Electric company issue, not the owner's fault. Nevertheless the owner had a crew out at 9 PM at night installing a generator for us. First class service all the way. We will be back next year.

The best vacation spot I have been to!

What a wonderful experience we had at this beautiful property! From the view, which is totally unbeatable, to the gorgeous home and amazing staff - it was truly the best experience we could have ever expected. I brought the "President's Club" of my real estate team to celebrate the previous year's success and enjoyed a 4 course breakfast every morning overlooking the ocean and then proceeded to relax on the lounge chairs by the pool while Sergio spoiled us with drinks and then another amazing meal. The home itself is perfect for a work function or family vacation. I plan to bring my family on the next trip and hope to see everyone again soon. Thank you for a terrific week - It was everything I hoped for and more!!

This property is the best rental we have ever had period. Everything exceeded expectations, the property is spectacular, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Property is amazing. Best VRBO ever. Family loved it. Magical Vacation Getaway

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at Palmilla. It was by far the best vacation we have ever taken as a family. The house was gorgeous. Everyone had enough space and loved how comfortable the beds were. The views of the ocean were out of this world. We enjoyed swimming at the beach with the family. The staff was outstanding. We had a chef that was recommended and the food was amazing. In addition, the house was kept so clean the entire week. We also had a wonderful driver that helped us to get to all the places we needed to. I wish we could spend every day as we did at Palmilla. We HIGHLY recommend staying at this property. We can't wait to come back again!

We loved our stay!

We picked this house as the gathering spot to commemorate our son’s 50th birthday. It was a good choice. The property is beautiful in a very special location. The beach is spectacular with rock formations forming a nice cove for snorkeling at low tide. It is located between the Palmilla Hotel to the east and Westin to the leest. The younger folks in our group handled the steps down to the beach (there are 80) as well as the large loose sand with relative ease. Those of us who are in our 70’s had more difficulty, but we were perfectly happy enjoying the swimming pool up at the house while admiring the athleticism of our children and grandchildren on the beach. Chef in Cabo sent a delightful crew to serve breakfast daily for our group. We had them prepare one dinner for us of tacos, Chile rellenos and enchiladas that was, in my opinion, the best Mexican food I have ever eaten! The other evenings we ate out. The general consensus was that we should have had the girls cook for us every night! The car service was great. Always on time and very accommodating. Cabo is so busy now it is just not worth renting a car. In summary, the owner has done a great job in selecting a house manager that has assembled a very competent collection of people to enhance your experience at this property. Everything combined to make our stay a great experience. Everyone had a great time!

Beautiful Property

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The beach was very enjoyable as was the pool and spa. The cooks were good. House was cleaned everyday. The table service was marginal. Adequate but no more.

Ten of us went down to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. Villa Paraiso is a beautiful house in a great location, super clean and friendly staff. We enjoyed whale watching from the pool while sipping margaritas. I highly recommend staying at Villa Paraiso and my family will certainly return soon.

I built Villa Paraiso with completion in 1987. The estate is unique as it is very private and no vendors are allowed on the Beach. Punta Bella is gated with 24 hour security and a private Beach with a beautiful swimming cove. Many celebrities have stayed or visited Villa Paraiso over the years. Tony Curtis and Jami Lee Curtis stayed for a month.
