1201 Villamare is a completely renovated 2nd floor villa with breathtaking oceanfront views. With tons of bright natural lighting and a color palette of light blues, tans, and creams, the property is airy and clean feeling, with crisp and tasteful décor. When entering this villa the main living area, kitchen, dining and master bedroom are to your right. The new kitchen has been completely renovated with new stainless appliances. There is a breakfast bar that seats two, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or late night dessert. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen. The dining room has a round dining table that seats 4.

The living room, dining area and both balconies offer magnificent oceanfront views. The balcony off the living room is shared with the master bedroom. There is a table and three chairs to sit with a glass of iced tea and watch the dolphins play. The living room has a sofa and three very comfortable chairs facing a 36” flat screen TV.

The bedrooms have great separation. The King Master bedroom is located on the right side of the dining room and is decorated in light earth tones featuring a flat screen TV and a private bath, ideal for unwinding after a long day playing in the sun. The sliding glass door from this bedroom leads to the balcony shared with the living room and has a striking view of the ocean and the pool below. The second bedroom, with two Queen beds, is located on the opposite side of the living area. This bedroom has its own private balcony and private bath.
