Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.

You'll find the comforts of home and make lasting vacation memories in this charming three bedroom, two and half bath beach house, located one block from Center Street where all the restaurants and night life are and only a short walk to the beach.

There is plenty of room to relax in this newly renovated three bedroom, two and half bath cottage style home that is sure to fulfill all your vacation needs. On the first floor, this home has a living room comfortably furnished with a leather queen size sleeper sofa, a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, dining area, half bath powder room, laundry and master king size bedroom with a full bath. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Upstairs on the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed, each have high end mattresses, upgraded linens, flat screen TVs, and a full size Jack and Jill bathroom.

The yard is beautifully landscaped, with a BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, private outdoor hot and cold rain shower and completely fenced to offer plenty of space for the kids and/or dogs to play. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and four beach chairs. ​​​​​​​This home is 1,600 Sq. Ft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

This home has a private driveway for parking up to 3 vehicles, and is located 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, shopping, restaurants and much more.

Great Folly Beach stay

Accommodations were just as described in the listing and were very comfortable. We used the kitchen to make some meals and found everything we needed. Location was just right, far enough from the main commercial area that it wasn’t busy but close enough that it was an easy walk or bike ride. Walk to the beach is easy using the trail behind the house.
