Our stay at Blue Sky was wonderful. The two unit property was ideally located across the street from the beach and just a short walk from Center Street. The home was clean, well equipped and extremely roomy and comfortable. We hated to leave and will definitely be back.

Great beach house!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very comfortable. We especially loved the heated pool, multiple outdoor seating areas and the short walk to the beach! We hope we can stay here again sometime!

Great vacation!

We had a good time. The beach was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. It was clean and the decks were wonderful. They might need an upgrade on the couches soon.

Wonderful house!

The house has two individual places in one, which is nice when traveling with different families. The house was clean and the porches were amazing! We loved the pool too. Cannot go wrong with this house!

The house was exactly what I think a beach house should be! We loved the variety of hangout spaces. The management company was great to work with. The location was perfect - very close walk to the beach. And even though it’s not oceanfront, we could easily see the ocean. The pool and yard were great - we were surprised how often the pool was cleaned and the yard worked on during our stay.We would definitely recommend and book this house again

The location, porches, and private pool were all positive. The house was not very clean, it smelled extremely musty, and the pool heater was broken.

Excellent residential property with nice private pool & back yard, Excellent location & VERY close walk to pretty beach free of crowds. Excellent AC, appliances and upstairs laundry (tho noisy washer and smallish refrigerators). Nice propane BBQ Grill. Completely separate units connected only with outside stairwell. Superb lower floor for family with kids or elderly with wheelchair. Upstairs used as adult quarters and sanctuary with AC sunroom. Very responsive property manager on single maintenance item with dehumidifiers running 100% & application of air fresheners downstairs. Dueling kitchen supplies/cookware between upstairs and downstairs units problematic (needs metal cookie sheets & bakeware upgrade)...but remedy by complete inventory list made available to renters and checked by management prior to rental? Also upstairs bath sink faucet handles (hot/cold) installed backwards. NOTE: Folly Beach has an island parking problem BUT this Property handles 6 cars. Would rent this property again next year.

Great location on Folly Beach

House has lots of room and 2 separate floors with 2 kitchens. Great for a large group. Easy beach access and close to restaurants. Only disappointment was pool heater was not working.
