My husband and I stayed at the property for 3 nights. It was very clean and well stocked. The location is excellent, just a few steps to the beach access. I would highly recommend for a large group or family. The pool is beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

One of the most serene and tranquil places we have stayed. The property is just steps from the beach. The backyard was a private oasis. The house was well stocked and comfortable. We wanted for nothing. Marsh views were spectacular!

Beautiful house, proximity to beach superb, kids loved and used the hot tub and pool daily. Don’t forget to add heat! Corner lot next to the playground also a plus with the kids. Comfortable and homey. Felt like it was ok to use the property like you would your own home. Well stocked kitchen and games of all kinds to choose from. Walking distance to town allows you to walk off the seafood and ice cream extras :)

Really nice house and great location for not being right on the beach. Only complaint, was the couches in family room were cheap and not very comfortable, and the kitchen cabinets were absolutely full. There was no room to put any of our stuff. Overall, the house was nice, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We would most definitely stay there again.

As a business owner and real estate broker, this property management company was top notch; extremely communicative and if we ever needed anything, they were quick to respond and fix any issues (we had minor issues with the pool not heading) but they were there in about an hour which is amazing. The house was clean and had everything we could have needed. Highly recommend!

Great House

Great house in a very walkable location, perfect for our family! Being right near a playground was such a bonus with kids. The pool house was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a relaxing stay. Heating the pool or hot tub did add a bit to the cost more than we usually see, but overall it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay again

Best Stay on Folly

Perfect location. Great response by the management group. Great house with everything you need, and now a new pool to boot for when you don't want to drag the kids the few steps down the street to the beach or the playground. Will stay here again if possible!

The house is cute and clean. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

This is a great property! We loved that we could bring our dog, also. It had all the amenities we wanted. We also liked the keyless entry. We walked to the beach and restaurants everyday. Plenty of parking. We can't wait to visit again!
