Villa with green enclosed garden, exotic palms, wooden terraces around the pool with alarm, covered terrace for nice barbecues. Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, living room fireplace, large screen TV, Internet, air-conditioned villa. Villa located 5 km from the ocean beaches and the marine lake, surf schools, the fishing port of Capbreton, equestrian center and ponies club, outdoor games for children in Angresse, pine forests and gastronomy Landes . All to have fun.
Villa equipped for 8 people, pets are not allowed: the rental is from Saturday to Saturday, for 7 or 14 nights.
Ground floor entrance hall, wc, kitchen open to living room, library lounge, Wi-fi throughout the house, laundry and dryer, 4 bedrooms upstairs with TV and cupboards, 2 bathrooms, one with corner bath and balneotherapy shower, 2 toilets on the floor and 1 toilet on the ground floor.

Fully equipped kitchen: dishes for 8 people, American fridge, dishwasher, wine cellar, induction hob, oven and microwave.
Covered terrace: stainless steel griddle, induction hob, sink, garden table and 8 chairs.
Secure 8x3 pool with alarm, wooden deck, 8 sun loungers. Trampoline for young children.
The floor is devoted to the 4 rooms.
Reminder: the rental is from Saturday to Saturday, 7 or 14 nights.

Stunning house in a quiet residential location. Perfectly located for all of the surrounding points of interest including the hip towns of Capbreton and Hossegor, or open countryside for biking. 7/8 min walk to local Patisserie/Boulangerie, open 6am - 8pm and 5 min to local Super-U! The house is so well equipped and we felt at home immediately. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming. Aircon and wifi made the stay extra comfortable. The house is a credit to the owners.

Overall a great stay

We had a great week and the house was very clean and comfortable. The pool and gardens are lovely and the house was well equipped. The location is in a residential area so there is normal housing estate noise like motor bikes and dogs so be aware of this. It didn’t bother us but we normally choose somewhere more remote. Jean, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. It would be even better if there was more information about local restaurants and towns as well as nicer quality sheets. We would recommend it!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz. Besonders schön ist der Garten und Pool. Bis zu den Stränden sind es ca. 13 Minuten mit dem Auto. Jean und seine Frau sind sehr nett und tolle Gastgeber. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem traumhaften Objekt verbracht. Es ist alles genau so wie auf den Fotos. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und wir wurden herzlich von Jean und seiner Frau empfangen. Auch bei Rückfragen hat Jean prompt reagiert. Jean our host provided us with the most superb holiday villa. 2 years delayed due to the pandemic, it was worth every second. The villa was of an immaculate standard and superb cleanliness.
