South ArdĂšche, recent independent single storey villa with 8x4 swimming pool, in a quiet area, near the village of Joyeuse. Surface 95 mÂČ + 70 mÂČ of terrace equipped with an electric blind on 1. 700 mÂČ of land, including 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 bed and one with 2 bunk beds in 90 + a bed drawer in 90), 1 WC, 1 shower room with WC, large living room of 56 mÂČ. Open kitchen with equipment (oven, induction hob, crockery, dishwasher, microwave), WIFI, gas barbecue, Air conditioning, recent LED TV and Blue-Ray player in the living room, LED TV and DVD player in the main bedroom .
Depending on the number of occupants, we offer an air-conditioned outbuilding of 15m2 with a 140cm bed and an independent shower room with WC. Optional cleaning at 100 € (150 € with dependence) extra. House labeled "Furnished with tourism" classified 4 *.
Nearby: swimming in the river (Labeaume and Chassezac), Vieux Joyeuse accessible on foot, market on Wednesday morning and night market on Sunday evening, walks, canoe rentals and just 20 minutes from the Ardùche gorges. * Please note the tourist tax is € 1 / night / person over 18 years * to be paid on arrival.

This property is an amazing place to spend a week’s holiday.

We had a lovely week; enjoying the pool, the gardens and the stylish and well equipped property. Joyeuse is such a pretty little town and we had fun exploring it and river swimming in the surrounding areas.

We had a lovely 10 days at the property. I speak very little French so Max was extremely helpful using Google Translate to explain everything. Make sure you follow his directions (not your Sat Nav) as the roads through the centre of the town are very narrow. The house was well equipped and comfortable. It’s a nice stroll to the town (downhill there but uphill back up). The evening Sunday market was lovely and the day market on the Wednesday was huge (do as Max suggests and walk). We visited nearby sites and kayaked using the nearby company CCC (approx. 20 mins drive away). Nearby supermarkets made food shopping easy and the local wine was very nice. The pool was perfect with a great view. My husband loved the hammock and we enjoyed the pĂ©tanque. Don’t forget your mosquito spray though. Thank you Max!!

Beautiful, Privacy, Perfect

We, a couple, spent 6 days here. The place gives 100% privacy, no overlooking neighbours. The cleanliness was also 100%. We felt 100% at home and comfortable. The pool area, where we spent most of the days, was super. Sun and shade; whatever you prefer. We got Prime TV on the TV in the evenings, which was nice, so we didn’t have to watch Joe retire in French. The Joyeuce village is walk distance away. Make sure u don’t go there when it’s Sunday and 2pm as all will be closed incl. the well equipped local Carrefour. Nothing can be perfect so, it was hot in the bedroom during nights, but that was maybe also our own fault as we did not have the heart to keep the AC in the living room on the whole night. This was our 4th holiday house through VBRO and it was the best one we’ve ever had. We recommend and would come back.

Super vacances

Pour qui recherche le calme, la tranquillitĂ© et la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© de la campagne, n'hĂ©sitez surtout pas, louez cette maison. La propriĂ©tĂ© est magnifique, tant Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la maison, qui est dĂ©corĂ© avec soin, qu'Ă  l'extĂ©rieur qui est un enchantement pour les yeux. C'est un lieu de rĂ©sidence digne d'un hotel 5 Ă©toiles. Max vous accueille avec le sourire et la gentillesse des ardĂ©chois et il n'hĂ©site pas Ă  prendre de son temps pour vous donner toutes les informations utiles. Le WIFI fonctionne mĂȘme au bord de la piscine, pratique quand on a un enfant qui ne passe que 3h par jour dans l'eau. Le marchĂ© de joyeuse est superbe, ainsi que les restaurants. Les balades en vĂ©lo autour de Joyeuse sont physiques, ca monte et ca descend tout le temps mais elles sont superbes. Un grand merci Ă  Max de nous avoir louĂ© sa propriĂ©tĂ©.

Joyeuse - eine viel zu kurze Woche

Vorweg, wir wurden auch vor den offiziellen 16:00 Uhr von Max mehr als freundlich und nett empfangen. FĂŒr ihn war der frĂŒhe Start kein Problem. Cooler Kerl. Ehrlich gesagt, hatten wir das HĂ€uschen aufgrund einer nicht geplanten Absage eines anderen HĂ€uschens zur Not und auf "die Schnelle" gebucht. Was die Fotos der Internetseite nicht hergaben ist die tatsĂ€chliche GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Hauses, des Gartens mit Boul-Platz usw., also in echt wesentlich grĂ¶ĂŸer. Bei der vorhandenen Hitze haben wir uns mehr als wohl dabei gefĂŒhlt, einfach das Haus mit Garten und Pool zu genießen. Die Einrichtung ist Neuwertig, in der KĂŒche endlich einmal alles reichlich und funktionierend vorhanden. Eine wirklich schöne und entspannte Woche !° Susi und Dirk

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique maison. Confortable, lumineuse, au calme et fonctionnelle, rien n’y manque. La piscine est trĂšs agrĂ©able avec ce magnifique vue. Vous pourrez profiter du calme et d’un joli jardin. Elle est Ă©galement trĂšs bien situĂ© pour les visites ardĂ©choises. Traumhafter Urlaub

Der Urlaub bei Max war super. Ein riesiger Garten mit viel Platz und schönen BĂ€umen lĂ€dt zum Entspannen ein. Ein großer Pool bringt Erfrischung an warmen Tagen. Das Haus ist richtig gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Max ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen und können dieses schöne Haus mit dem großen und nicht einsehbaren GrundstĂŒck uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den schönen Urlaub!

Vacances magnifiques Ă  Joyeuse

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette villa au plus grand bonheur de toute la famille. Elle est idéalement située en ArdÚche : pour faire des sorties sportives autour du Chassezac / bois de Paßolive, des visites culturelles (grotte Chauvet 2/villages médiévaux/chùteaux..). Le village de Joyeuse, accessible à pied, regorge d'artisans / restaurateurs trÚs accueillants. Que dire de la maison et de son jardin: juste parfaits - Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et nous ont permis de nous reposer autour de la piscine, siestes dans les hamacs, et apéros autour d'une bonne partie de pétanque. Nous étions entourés d'oiseaux, de fleurs, de verdure. Le départ fut rude ! Merci vraiment à Max pour son accueil, sa gestion trÚs discrÚte de la piscine et ses conseils pour les visites.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine agrĂ©able dans cette maison. IdĂ©alement situĂ©e, au calme mais prĂšs de la ville de Joyeuse. Pratique pour les courses et dĂ©couvertes de la vieille ville, les marchĂ©s d'Ă©tĂ© ou encore boire un verre. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et fort agrĂ©able, confortable et accueillante. Sans compter sur la piscine et les petits coins bucoliques du jardin. Parfaite pour vous y reposer ou mĂȘler activitĂ©s dans la rĂ©gion et farniente de par sa proximitĂ© des sites : Gorges de l'ArdĂšche, Pont d'Arc, grottes, canoĂ« ou pour les plus courageux ou aguerris le canoying, la spĂ©lĂ©o, etc. Vous l'aurez compris, nous recommandons Ă  100% cette maison !!! Belle maison et piscine

J’ai enlevĂ© une Ă©toile car je ne trouve pas normal de payer des frais de nettoyage ( 150€ avec la dĂ©pendance) Ă  notre dĂ©part. je ne vois pas comment on peut nettoyer toute la maison tout en devant partir Ă  10h. Sinon la maison et la piscine sont au top. Bonne communication avec Max ( qui nous a bien conseillĂ© pour les activitĂ©s ).

TOUT SIMPLEMENT GENIAL

Dans cette location, il y a tout pour passer des vacances de rĂȘve : le calme tout en Ă©tant Ă  10 min Ă  pieds du centre, dans une rĂ©gion oĂč il y a bon nombre de trĂšs jolis villages Ă  visiter. Une maison trĂšs fonctionnelle et trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©e donnant sur un extĂ©rieur 5* avec sa piscine (et la douche), ses diffĂ©rents "coins" (tables Ă  manger, apĂ©ro, salons de jardin, pĂ©tanque), ombre naturelle sous les arbres, etc. Max nous accueille avec la plus grande gentillesse et se montre trĂšs discret lorsqu'il vient s'occuper de la piscine une fois dans la semaine. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

SĂ©jour sous le signe de dĂ©tente, bien ĂȘtre et de lĂącher prise

Que dire???? Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour Ă  la hauteur de nos attentes voire mĂȘme au delĂ . Maison bien agencĂ©e offrant un environnement spacieux. Les extĂ©rieurs n’ont cessĂ© de nous charmer, aux espaces multiples invitant Ă  la dĂ©tente, au bien-ĂȘtre et Ă  l’envie de se dĂ©lecter. Joyeuse et ses alentours offrent de nombreux loisirs. Joyeux est un point permettant d’accĂ©der Ă  de nombreuses activitĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ©. La maison bien situĂ©e, invite Ă  arpenter les rues de joyeuse Ă  pied, pas besoin de vĂ©hicule (accĂšs aux magasins et Resto).❀❀❀❀❀❀❀ PropriĂ©taire accueillant et ĂĄ l’écoute. Et d’une grande discrĂ©tion. Encore merci pour ce beau sĂ©jour car sans cette location, nous pensons, que le sĂ©jour n’aurait pas Ă©tĂ© aussi apprĂ©ciable.
