Stone property we have renovated until today, located in a quiet hamlet of about twenty souls 5km from Montreal du Gers, Eauze 10 minutes and 15 minutes from Condom, surrounded by vineyards .

single room includes a large central kitchen with island is equipped with everything you might need and the living / dining room opening onto the garden.
2 rooms of 20m² each one suite at ground floor with a shower room to Italian, basin and WC (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x190)
3 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and shower, basin and WC. 1 bed of 160x200, 120x190 1 bed, 1 140x190 bed and 1 sofa bed 140x190 all views south side garden.
