Location was just perfect. Could walk to both beach and downtown. Condo was clean and fully stocked. King size bed very comfortable. With the large smart TV we were able to log in to our you tube tv account with no problems.

Nice property

The place is comfortable and decorated nicely, also Gayle was quick to respond. Its in a great location, in between town and the beach, and has a screened in balcony with a nice view looking down the street. We enjoyed being there.

This Place is a “NO” Brainer!

All information about this vacation spot was very accurate. Especially enjoyed proximity to beach and town. Lovely spot for walking and bicycling. Screened in lanai was great on the 2nd floor. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay on Venice Island

This was our second time staying here. 2 hurricanes had recently hit the island but our stay was wonderful. Our host was readily available to answer our questions about when power and internet would be back on. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect month in Venice!

The condo was in the perfect location..2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks to downtown Venice. The condo was in a quiet location and we were able to walk everywhere. The condo itself was extremely clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Gayle was the perfect host and very accommodating. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We had a wonderful month!

Venice in February

The property has been updated. Everything that anyone would need is either available in the unit or close by. Close walk to the beach or downtown. Had a water issue. The property owner was very responsive and had the issue rectified extremely quick. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

It was just blocks from the beach and downtown Venice which was great! The furniture in the living room was very old and uncomfortable. The washer and dryer are not in the condo, but close by. The garbage disposal needs to be replaced as it is very loud. The condo is very small but ok for 2 people. The neighbors were very friendly.

We loved being back in Venice again. We like the proximity to Selby Gardens, Spanish point and The Ringling Museum. We were sad that Nokomis Grives has closed as we loved going to get ice cream there..

Perfect for our transition!

While waiting for our house in TN to sell so we could buy our home in this area, kiddo and I needed a place to stay so she could attend volleyball camp at the high school. What a joy to be able to get her to camp in 5 minutes then walk to the beach whenever we wanted! The location of this condo is fantastic, and I love that all the necessities are there, including things like dish soap and salt & pepper--it's the little things, right?! Great communication with Lisa the property mgr, and when Elsa was looming, I got a call from the owner to make sure all was well. Friendly neighbors in the community too. Could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you!
