This highly sought after and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo located in Farmington Vistas, which is a small sub community of The Plantation Golf & Country Club.

Newly Remodeled, vaulted ceilings, and all new furnishings. This property is perfect for a short getaway, extended vacation or business. Everything you need is furnished, from the kitchen utensils to ironing board etc., just bring your suitcase.

Master bedroom has King bed, his & hers sinks, his and hers closets and patio off master bedroom. Guest room has twin beds. The photo's say it all.

Just minutes from several fantastic beaches, shopping and fabulous restaurants. Enjoy your evening cocktail or morning coffee from the screened in porch with a spectacular view overlooking one of Florida's best golf coarse's, while enjoying some of the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen. Condo has been recently painted & refurnished with comfortable modern furniture through out.

Living room has leather reclining couch, along with 60" flat screen smart TV. If you feel like eating in, The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need for making a snack to cooking a gourmet meal.

This is a third floor condo that provides for better views from the balcony. There is an elevator if stairs are an issue.

Great unit

Perfect Location & Great View

Second time we've stayed at this condo. It's in a great location for many different pretty walks and it's convenient to shopping. We love the 3rd floor unit, and really enjoy the sunsets, watching the golfers, and observing wildlife in the lakes. The host is very responsive and we would defiantly stay here again!

Month in Venice

We are considering moving to Venice, and selected this condo to spend the month of August. The location was great, and the condo was a perfect fit for exploring the area. Great condo with wonderful view of golf course

The condo was perfect for us for a quick get away. It was very clean, updated, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Jeff is very responsive in communicating. The view of the golf course is very nice and the walking areas around the area are great. We would say this is one of the nicest experiences we have had with VRBO. We hope to return again.

Plantation Condo

The property is well kept, extremely clean and well equipped. It is a very comfortable condo. Convenient to Wellen Park, Venice and beaches. Grocery stores and restaurants are within a couple of miles. Good internet. Jeff was easy to work with and quite accommodating. The pool area was nice also.

Beautiful condo. It had everything you could want, down to form or soft pillows! The view of the golf course was beautiful, and I enjoyed the screened porch daily!!! Very quiet community.....we often were the only ones at the pool. Jeff communicated before, during, and after. We also enjoyed the cranes!!!

Great place for young families!

My wife and I stayed for 1 week with our 2 pre-school children. The extra bedroom was perfect for kids. The rental is kid-friendly - we enjoyed watching the golfers and the wildlife of the golf course lake in the morning. Plenty of space for kids to play. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking family meals. A lot to do in the area for beaches, amusement, and educational activities like Mote aquarium. The rental is 10-20 minutes from dozens of beaches and perfectly located for adventuring north to Sarasota or south to Boca Grande or Fort Meyers. 5 minutes to groceries and restaurants. Condo neighborhood is friendly and welcoming to renters. Will be looking at staying here again next year!

Fantastic Florida Stay

We spent a month in Jeff's condo and it was perfect! The 3rd floor location and west facing deck is key. We had a beautiful sunset every evening and a great view of the golf course. There are plenty of beaches around and the pool was great too. Shopping and restaurants are everywhere, yet the community is super quiet and relaxed. The condo has everything necessary to easily transition upon arrival. There were even extra batteries available for the remote! The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of pots, pans, and everything else you might need. The only thing I would bring next time are a few of own knives. The beds are very comfortable and we felt right at home. The listing and photos are exactly like what we found there. Most importantly, Jeff was easy to reach whenever we had any questions. We would love to return next winter!
