Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove bedding 1st thing in the morning of check out. If possible Please put all linen including sheets and towels in the washer and then dryer and leave the washed linen on the beds.
Take recycle and trash out to their respective bins
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud noise please. Enjoy the peace in the condo. This is a quiet building. Please respect your neighbors.
Please treat this place as your home. If items are damaged, a deduction will be made from the security deposit.

I was a host in Chicago Lincoln Park neighbourhood for 15 years. When my youngest son was 2 years old I had to sell the business as I wanted to devote my time to my kids. After 5 years of break I feel I am ready to come back to my hosting passion.

Why they chose this property

My husband grew up visiting his grandparents in this town. We have very fond memories of Venice beach. It is a very safe, quite island, the residents are very friendly and happy.

What makes this property unique

Location and the views of ocean and bay are outstanding. It is steps away from the lovely beach. You can’t go wrong with picking this place.
