Great location for Lyon!

The flat has everything you need/want for a stay in Lyon and makes for a perfect homebase for trips to other cities. The owners are so nice, can't say enough about them!

Lyon City Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We were especially grateful for the air conditioning as it was quite hot. The proximity to the subway was great. Sylvie was very friendly and helpful.

Great Place with Easy Parking

This is a great property if you have a car that you want to safely park during your visit to Lyon. The apartment is well stocked, clean and comfortable with a a 1 minute walk to the metro. Highly recommend and the host was very accommodating and flexible!

Very nice appartement, gpäood location

It has been a very nice stay. Lyon is a beatiful city, the appartment is very nice, super equipped, every thing there you need for a stay. Metro is around the corner. City center takes about 20 Min. Very easy!

Comfortable, very well appointed, clean apartment. This owners are the friendliest! We easily walked to grocery stores and the metro. The parking is very secure. We had one very minor issue and it was addressed immediately. Thank you!

Good Communication and Nice & Convenient!

From reservation to check in and checkout, Sylvie the host was very helpful. She provided information ahead of time and answered my questions in a timely manner. The apartment is well maintained, clean, and nicely arranged. Its convenience to bus and metro stops make it a great choice.

Great location

We stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert so easy access to transportation was very important. It was so great. The metro was about 2 minutes from the building so we could get anywhere in the city very easily. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts Sylvia and Phillipe were great. They always responded quickly and sent me useful information before we arrived. Highly recommend.

Well priced and close to subway

The property is well priced, and it is located between 4 to 5 km from the old town.You will need to take the subway, which is frequent and easy to use - and costs 2.3 euro for a ticket valid for an hour (other ticket options are available)Communication with the owner was easy, prompt replies to all questions.You will feel like a Parisian staying in the older building, big heavy doors, tiny slow elevator.Nice views from the 6th floor apartment, with a cozy balcony.The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed.Great deal for the price.

Convenient and Easy

We had a rental car and this was the perfect place to stay. We were a block from the metro so it was easy to get downtown or anywhere else without a car. Sylvie was an excellent communicator and she also passed along some recommendations and websites. The check in and check out was explained thoroughly and it was all quite simple. The apartment is spacious and we had all we needed in the kitchen. It was also nice to have a balcony as well and we ate out there quite often. The a/c was also nice to have since there was a bit of a heat wave for a few of the days we were there (90 Fahrenheit). Overall we had a perfect stay and our only regret is we should have spent more time in Lyon since there was so much to do. We wouldn't hesitate to book Sylvie's place again.

Sylvie nous a fait un super accueil, elle très arrangeante, de très bons conseils et très chaleureuse. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé, facile d’accès et bien situé pres des transports en commun ! Allez y les yeux fermés ! Sylvie gave us a very warm welcome! She is a very accomodating and kind person and full of good advice for your stay. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and in a good location near public transport! I highly recommend it! Cet appartement est très agréable et parfaitement situé à proximité du métro A qui dessert les points les plus touristiques de Lyon. Que ce soit l'accueil, la literie ou la communication avec l'hôte durant le séjour tout est très bien. Le fait qu'il y ait des effets de toilette, des serviettes de bain... Est très pratique lorsque l'on vient en avion. Merci à vous.
