At the crossroads of the Loire Castles, the Center Parcs the fallow deer forest, the Loire by bike, the Golf de Roiffé, the Futuroscope, the Doué la Fontaine Zoo, the Château de Brézé, the Fontevraud Abbey,
Chinon, Richelieu, Loudun and Saumur
Pleasant recently renovated tuffeau house including:
living room, large kitchen with fireplace, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace and large garden

Perfection at Haute Brosse gite

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped throughout. Our hosts Jacky and Martine were welcoming. A perfect location, quiet, tranquil but also a good base for visiting several chateaux and Fontevraud Abbey. The cavalry museum at Saumur is an interesting experience. Very spacious and clean house

Martine and her daughter were very friendly when we arrived and showed us the house. It is very big and clean and very well equipped. The garden is very nice for the children. Location is also very good with many castles to visit in the neighbourhood. Jackie stopped by later and they showed our son the tractors at the farm.

Very enjoyable stay

Lovely property with everything working as it should.very quiet country surroundings.the hosts had a large friendly dog which liked to visit now and then.Martine also gave us a pot of homemade jam. The only problem we encountered was that although we cleaned the property thoroughly the hosts insisted we pay the cleaning fee (we did) as they seemed to want to do it again themselves. They pointed out we didn't do a shower door. It would be better therefore to include the fee in the overall cost of the rental to avoid any misunderstanding.

je suis désolée de ne pas s'être compris. je pense que nous n"avons pas la même conception du ménage , le logement doit être rendu comme vous l'avez trouvé.Mais les bondes des douche avaient plein de cheveux , le four n'était pas nettoyé , l aspirateur non passé........ je vous souhaite une bonne continuation.

Une petite merveille à 3 heures de Paris

J'ai passé un séjour (14 nuits) génial, au calme et en pleine nature avec mes enfants. Le gite est encore mieux que la description. Il est très bien équipé. Martine est adorable, toujours au petit soin de ses hôtes. Je recommande vivement.

Weekend en famille

Logement très propre, agréable, spacieux, idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. L'environnement est très calme au coeur de la campagne. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils, disponibles, arrangeants. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation.

Séjour familial

Nous n’avons effectué qu’un très, trop! court séjour dans le gîte de la Haute Brosse mais nous avons grandement apprécié le confort et les équipements de cet établissement, car rien n’y manque. Très bien situé dans une région touristique. La météo en février n’était pas des plus favorables, mais aux beaux jours il doit faire bon profiter des extérieurs tant pour les petits que pour les grands. Martine et Jacky sont de charmantes personnes qui nous ont accueillis de façon très sympathique. Tous les contacts avec eux ont été cordiaux. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte qui permet d’accueillir une grande famille !😀

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr nett. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Man ist ungestört. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, aber sehr zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir können das Ferienhaus ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Appréciation du gîte

L’accueil de Jacky et Martine a été excellent. Le gîte est propre et spacieux. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de l’espace intérieur d’ailleurs par rapport aux photos de l’annonce. Le gîte était très propre et fonctionnel. La literie parfaite ! L’extérieur super aussi avec beaucoup d’espace et de calme. A disposition un potager et des arbres fruitiers. Nous avons eut le droit à des confitures de Martine excellente en plus !!! L’emplacement est idéal pour les visites à moins de 15min en moyenne de ce qu’il faut visiter. Bref nous avons adorer! Merci encore à nos hôtes pour cette semaine dans leur domaine.

Semaine agréable

Gite spacieux, propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer une semaine agréable avec des enfants. Nous avons apprécié la présence de quelques jeux pour enfants pour occuper les quelques journées de mauvais temps. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Seul petit bémol sur la literie mais dans l'ensemble très satisfaits et le gite correspondaient à nos attentes.

Gite toute comfort et calme

Martine et Jacky nous ont offert une vacance dans leur gîte avec tout comfort, agréable, calme et bien situé vers la Loire. Le terrasse c'était bien équipe avec parasol. On a visité des petits villages, bon restaurants comme à Chinon, Azay-le Rideau, Saumur et Loudon. Le chateau de Villandry était merveilleux, celle d'Usse tres jolie. Très bon séjour

Excellent séjour

Très beau gîte spacieux et propre au milieu des champs mais proche de très nombreux sites touristiques. Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire très arrangeante.
