Welcome to the ultimate Lake House that is beautifully situated in a quiet cove right off the ski area with a very gentle walk to your covered boat dock. Every year I put money back into the property and this year was a BIG investment with appliance, stone fire pit, and 240 feet of shoreline cleaned up with new riprap. Last year we replaced the Hvac system, added a queen bed, and new mattresses all thru. We work for your 5 Stars!

We are just 10 minutes off I-57, 10 minutes from a grocery store or gas station, 10 minutes from two marinas, 10 minutes from pizza and bbq or fish, and 5 minutes from a liquor store.
Gorgeous updated kitchen has it all and is open to the living and dining areas. A large wall of windows offers you fantastic lake views and a slider to the large deck. For those who need a one level getaway, there is a bedroom and a full bath on the main floor with a wheel chair ramp from the driveway to the deck.
The upstairs and downstairs family rooms have flat screens with wifi internet throughout the house. And a wifi printer in the downstairs office if you need to do some work, print restaurant menus, print maps, or to print out general information about all the things to do in the area like wine tasting or zip-line.
In addition to the upstairs bedroom, the Master Bedroom is just down the stairs in the lower level with a queen bed and queen futon for added sleep space. Downstairs has 2 more bedrooms with a queen in one and 2 twins in the other.
The full kitchen is stocked with flour, sugar, cornmeal, salt/pepper, spices and so much more including coffee, tea, and creamer by the Keurig machine that is complimentary. All brand new kitchen appliances. The bathrooms have standard supplies like bodywash, shampoo, conditioner in the tub and shower, towels, face pads, q-tips, and more. There are many more amenities provided so booked your getaway.

I practically live in hotels and want this to be as comfortable and easy for you to get away as possible. I want and expect to offer you the same experience as I do when I check into my Hilton, Marriott, or Crowne Plaza.
The only difference is this is a home. And this home comes with a large deck that has 2 patio sets that seats 6 each and a view I rarely get from my hotels; birds flying all around, gas and charcoal grills, a place to build a bonfire, a large covered dock and lots of inflatables to jump in the bathwater lake to hangout in all day with a rechargeable Bluetooth speaker you can move with you.
Kayaks, paddle boards, large stone fire pit below the deck just added with 10 Adirondack chairs and 5 side tables.
New large gas grill and a charcoal grill with propane and charcoal provided.
