Beautiful Studio With Sea Views Alfresco Dining At Port Royale

Lovely studio apartment with spectacular sea views and mountain views out to La Gormera and outdoor alfresco dining all day long due to all year sunshine from dawn to dusk, which is located in the popular area of Los Cristianos. This is a very comfortable light and airy open plan studio with a large sun terrace, which has modern interior and exterior décor. Also has a newly renovated balcony and bathroom. We have sun blinds provided, for extra privacy to the side and above.
There also is a communal pool with free sun beds .Also in the complex outside apartment 78 there is a filtered water dispenser, which starts at a small cost this will save you carrying heavy gallons of water from the local supermarkets. The complex has an Italian restaurant “Bella Roma” on site and a laundrette. There is also a fantastic restaurant with views above the local supermarket, just 5 mins walk . There are other hotels around which provide excellent evening entertainment and sports facilities (bowling, tennis, sauna etc) at a small cost. The main beach is Las Vistas with its golden sands & harbour so you can soak up all the sun need, along the town centre in Los Cristianos is a 15 minute walk away where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Las Americas is the hub of all the Safari Centre for shopping and bars & restaurants which you will find by walking along the coast or a short taxis ride away.

Staying here for a week, lovely apartment, fantastic views ,got everything you could wish for friendly hosts, safe,fridge, tv ,echo .good shower room, comfy bed ,sea and mountain views ,super quiet complex with pool also large supermarkets close by, highly recommend, will be back.

Ultimate Relaxation Stay

D was an amazing host! He was always prompt when providing information or answering questions. The flat itself was perfect for a solo weekend getaway and the balcony was a great place to lay in the sun! Also a perfect location for getting from the airport and around the island.

A Gem of a place

Just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at D's apartment in Port Royale. A fantastic experience from start to finish. D is the perfect host. The apartment has everything you need with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The views were spectacular and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks D for everything.

Spectacular views

Communication with D was excellent from the word go.The apartment itself was just as described in the listing.It is at the top of a steep hill (which we were aware of before booking), but the reward if the spectacular views from the sun terrace.Whilst the accomodation is a studio apartment, we found it well equipped and the layout made the most of space.Would we look to stay again? Definitely yes.

Great apartment with a sunny balcony & lovely sea views

Well equipped comfortable studio apartment with a fantastic sunny balcony and a great sea view. We spent 10 days here in November and enjoyed alfresco dining/relaxing on the balcony and around the pool area. Apartment complex is at the top of a steep hill but if you don't want to walk it there are plenty of taxis and e-scooters. Apartment is only a few minutes walk from plenty of bars/restaurants and supermarkets. Host is really welcoming and excellent communication from initial query to extending our original booking. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here, already looking forward to returning.

Lovely apartment with amazing views.

D has been a super host, his communication and assistance with the health procedures for arrival and departure alleviated any potential issues and anxieties. The apartment is on a very clean, tidy and quiet development close to every day facilities and restaurants. The sea front is a pleasant walk away. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable. The terrace to the front offers stunning elevated views over Los Christianos, the coastline and mountains beyond. Mount Tiede is also visible to the right in the distance. We had a super relaxing week. Thanks D, look forward to our next stay. Frank

A lovely little apartment which had everything you needed for your stay. Lovely balcony with a great view of the sunset over the sea. Also it was overlooking the port so was able to watch the boats coming in and going out. Bed was comfy. Plenty of storage. Bathroom very spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything needed for food preparation. It was nice to eat breakfast on the balcony while taking in the view. 15 minute downhill walk to the beach, slightly longer in the way back being as it was in an elevated position. Supermarket 5 mins away. Pool access but we didn't use it. There is a dead end road at front and rear of apartments so no passing traffic but ample spaces to park a hire car if needed. Overall we were very happy with the apartment 👍

Very dirty & bug infestation

From the moment I walked in the door I knew I had made a mistake booking here, the state of the apartment was awful, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, I had to spend the first day cleaning, there are hey it’s so be VERY careful and don’t take any fabrics home with you , I had to throw all mine away and I am covered in ugly bites all over my back. The pictures of this place are very misleading ad the quality of the place is no where near what the photos will lead you to believe, if I would let me I’d post the photos here too you can see what you are actually getting.

Amazing big sun terrace. Fabulous sea view

Apartment/studio large enough for 1-2 people. Very warm at night but there is a ceiling fan . Plenty of everything you need for cooking in . Lots of cutlery but old. Extra condiments like salt pepper tea coffee sugar.Drinking water on site beside the swimming pool for 60c for 5 ltrs , which is great as there is a hill to the nearest supermarket about 5 mns walk away. Bigger supermarket about 10 mns walk but you can get a taxi back. Few shops and bars within walking distance. Also lovely leisurely stroll to vistas beach about 25mns . Lots of restaurants bars and shops along the seafront. Delish the owner was excellent to deal with and recommended thing to do and restaurants to go. Overall a very relaxing holiday and I have no hesitation recommending this property and I would like to give it a 9/10

Fast nicht möglich einzutreten

Ohne die zufällige Hilfe eines Nachbarn wären wir nicht in das Appartement gekommen. Innen war alles vorhanden, aber alle Schränke vom Eigentümer vollgestopft. Kein Platz für Koffer. Mikrowelle total verschmutzt, Bodenfliesen in fatalem Zustand. Wem das nichts ausmacht, der soll es buchen, wir nicht mehr.

Perfecte ligging. Weg van de drukte van het centrum. Appartement zelf ligt vrij hoog, wat zorgt voor een zalig uitzicht. Het is niet groot, maar biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Foto’s en beschrijving zijn waarheidsgetrouw. Zeer tevreden!

My wife & I with our two children have been visiting Tenerife for the past 15 years and have fallen in love with the Canary Islands Tenerife. After a long wait we decided to purchase this lovely open plan studio apartment with fantastic Views of the Sea & Mountains along with sunshine all day long. Where you can enjoy the outdoor dining and a glass of wine watching the sunset dawn to dusk. This is our pride & joy as so to friends & family can enjoy this beautiful apartment and also enjoy a very peaceful and relaxing place.
