MESSANGES, beautiful 3-BR house between village and ocean, in a quiet and residential area. Put down your car and go on foot or by bike to breathe the good air of the Landes to the beach. Come to surf, enjoy the sun and the waves, walk under the pine forest. For beautiful family holidays. Near the municipal swimming pool.
Composition: KITCHEN: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob 4 burners. PANTRY: large refrigerator/freezer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, oven. DINING ROOM/LOUNGE: TV. CH 1: queen size bed, 2 nightstands + lamps - Cupboard - SHOWER ROOM: shower, WC, 2 sinks. FLOOR: MEZZANINE: sofa bed. CH 2: double bed, 2 nightstands + lamps, wardrobe. BATHROOM: bath, toilet, 1 washbasin. CH 3: queen size bed, 2 nightstands + lamps, wardrobe. OUTSIDE: TERRACE: barbecue, garden furniture, parasol. FENCED GARDEN. Gate at the back of the garden to access the path that goes to the beach on foot or by bike. WIFI. Capacity: 8 people.
A contribution to charges of €50 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 150€).
