The adjoining living room features a sofa and three comfortable chairs, a smart flat-screen TV, and two walls of windows with two slider doors to a wraparound balcony overlooking Calibogue Sound.

The dining table seats six with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage and a dining/serving counter, which is open to the dining/living room and provides the cook with a view of the water.

Off the living area is a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, overlooking the pool and access to the hall bath with a tub/shower combination.

To the right of the entry is the primary suite with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony. The updated primary bathroom has a step-in shower and vanity with dressing area.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and very well appointed. The pool is steps away and the beach a very quick 3 minute walk. The gift bag upon arrival was also an excellent touch!

FANTASTIC UNIT! This is our 2nd year at the Beachside Tennis Units. The unit exceeded our expectations. SUPER clean. Very well decorated & it has everything you could ever need & more. We could not get over how well the kitchen was stocked. View & access to the beach were wonderful. It was so relaxing. Only thing I would recommend would be to replace the mattress in the King suite as it was a bit lumpy. We will be rebooking this unit for next year!

Great view & location

The view was five star however the unit wasn’t as clean as we would have expected for the price. It’s definitely an older property and the kitchen was pretty dirty (as was the master bath), the pots, pans and utensils were very old & some caked with food. There wasn’t a place to put our food so while cleaning out a few shelves to store our food on I had to wipe up some bug droppings. The floors were dirty and I had to literally dust off some shelves to put our things on. In our opinion the unit needs a deep clean & also if you have small children beware of the guest bedroom because the windows open right up to the outside without any safety features, so a child could easily fall out of the second floor window. We would give the view a 5 star and the unit a 3 star. The management company said they would have someone come back and clean but we did it ourselves, I will say they were very responsive.
