Loved Shipyard

We enjoyed our stay and our place was very clean. We were a little farther from the beach than we thought but was still happy with our location. Was a great visit!

Beautifully decorated townhome.

Our stay at Evian 290 was great. The townhome was fully stocked with all the amenities needed and beautifully decorated. Shipyard is one of the best locations to local shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bike trails and the private access to the beach. You won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to visit again.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed the place. Location is great. Short walk to pool and tennis. Very nice neighbor next door. Short drive to the beach. Be sure to use the shuttle if you have park in the overflow parking. No fishing allowed in Shipyard anymore😱.

Sadly, yes, they have put a ban on fishing at the Shipyard community due to irresponsible guests who caused some unwarranted attention of our favorite marsh puppies (Alligators).
