Beachwalk 109; a dog-friendly, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath; offers a chic and comfortable vacation. This villa is located steps from the beautiful white sand beaches of Hilton Head.

The space
The foyer leads to the cheery sitting area, equipped with 2 plush chairs. Overhead windows allow for plenty of sunshine, making this the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a
Keurig coffee maker. Serve dinner in the adorable formal dining room, with seating for 6.

Lots of character fills the open living room, boasting a couch, a loveseat, a swivel chair, a mounted flat screen, and a sliding glass door that gives access to the deck. The deck is complemented with 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges, so feel free to dine al fresco on a warm summer night. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor.

Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom with soothing coastal colors, a cedar plank ceiling, and a wall of windows displaying Hilton Head’s landscape. The primary bathroom is home to a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. On the way to the guest bedroom, you pass a washer and dryer closet and the guest bathroom with a shower/bath combination. The guest bedroom has double beds, a Smart TV, and is delightfully decorated in cheerful colors.

Beachwalk is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard and has an on-site communal pool. In addition, the golf and racquet clubs and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators; use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head. Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, and championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere, and is centrally located to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 car passes max.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Only 1 dog allowed, 30lbs max.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
