Good location
Girls trip. Setting was pretty. Kitchen was well furnished and living areas comfortable. Good location. Felt as if we were deep in woods, but only a 1/2 mile from highway. Driveway was a little tricky. Yard could use a little maintenance.

Family Vacation
House was nice, great location. None of the TVs worked, and the spiral staircase was not our favorite thing, but we had a great trip and would stay witht this group again.

Nice, but needs attention.
This property is nice, but hasn't been used for awhile. It is surface clean, but could use a good cleaning. It did not have any working televisions as advertised and the kitchen has limited silverware if you intend to eat in. The yard and driveway need attention and maintenance for sure. It appears to be isolated, but the road traffic is clearly heard all night. Many of the doors are not operational and if you get them open, closing them is a challenge because the house has settled. Lastly, the upper floor is like a sauna and the lower level like a freezer, so pack accordingly. I will say reaching the manager was easy for other issues not mentioned. It's not awful, but it needs attention.

Greybeard Rentals manages vacation rentals and vacation cabins in Asheville, Black Mountain, Montreat, Old Fort and surrounding areas. Located 10-15 minutes from downtown Asheville, Black Mountain is a quaint town with many great shopping options, delicious restaurants, breweries and access to hiking trails and wilderness areas. TripAdvisor named Black Mountain one of America's Prettiest Towns in 2017. Asheville is home to award-winning restaurants, stunning mountain views with access to areas like the Blue Ridge Parkway, The Biltmore Estate, and a variety of local art and culture. Oh, and did we mention Asheville has had the record for having more breweries per capita than any other U.S. city? We held the title for Beer City USA in 2009. Hiking trails are also located throughout western North Carolina.
