We enjoyed our stay but had a few concerns. The front steps are rotting. There were spider webs all over the porch. The grill was broken and fell off. The couch was peeling. There were water bugs everywhere. The shower was to small for a big person. I personally thought the bed was too soft. But we did get a visit from a bear!
Privacy excellent, great location, cozy and perfect for a couple, but will accommodate more in needed. Price is great for the cabin size and amenities.
Overall the cabin is outdated and smells musty. We never received the pool pass so we couldn't utilize this amenity at all. The pool was the main reason we selected this cabin. The hot tub looks like its been through a war. It was great on day 1 but after that it was a little smelly & cloudy, we stayed out of it. The linens were smelly, likely due to the dampness in the cabin so we ran out & bought our own. Internet was spotty. The management company was sometimes very responsive and sometimes not. They did help us to ultimately resolve our dissatisfaction. Having said that, the location was amazing and the potential is there. The shower, though small, has amazing water pressure.
Nothing worked in the cabin including the fireplace, spa and other devices. There were bed bugs, ants, and roaches that were prevalent. It was a very average stay and my first VRBO where I felt taken advantage of and not close to the experience I had hoped forDavid TaylorTaylordavidduayne@gmail.com 8056806169

Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids with a pull out couch in livingroom and close to Gatlinburg, Grocery Store, and Gas Station for refueling. 10/10 would stay again.
Great place to stay for just a couple of people. Loved the pool table and hot tub. The master bathroom setup was a bit weird and the shower very small, but that wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again.
