This air-conditioned home is perfectly situated for beach-goers, as it sits a quarter-mile east of the very family friendly Wood Neck Beach. You can also hop on your bike to reach Chapoquoit Beach (three miles north), Falmouth Heights Beach (four miles southeast), and Old Silver Beach (five miles north). Downtown Falmouth has some of the Cape's best options for dining and entertainment, and the town of Woods Hole offers museums and many other attractions four miles south!

Perfect for our family

The house was perfect for our extended family with 2 toddlers and 2 babies! The house was spacious, had plenty of bathrooms, and so many extras for the kids! The closer access to Wood Neck Beach was a highlight as well!

Great Stay in Falmouth

We stayed a week in Falmouth at The Happy Place. The house was big enough for everyone - 6 adults and 4 kids. House was clean and had the essentials. It was walkable to Woodneck Beach which is a great beach for kids! Just crossing over Sippewissett was a bit nerve wracking because there’s no sidewalk and a couple blind spots. House is also a great location - everything was only a 10-15 min drive. We would definitely recommend!

My friends and I had a great time staying here. It was spacious and comfortable.

Very satisfied with our stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. We had plenty of space and had a great time. Perfect place to hang out with a group of friends after a round of golf or a visit to the beach.

Great family spot!

This is a beautiful house with tons of living areas to enjoy. The location is wonderful and all was as described. I wish I could give it a 4.5 review, but that isn’t an option. There are only a couple of minor details as to why I didn’t rate the house a 5. Overall, I would highly recommend. We had a great week.

Very comfortable home, well furnished and comfortable beds. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Great patio with gas grill. Great place for our family to stay while celebrating my parents 50th anniversary. We had 4 adults and 4 kids - plenty of room!!

Very Comfortable House

Large comfortable house with deck and big backyard. Ten minute walk to Woodneck beach (our favorite Falmouth beach). Kitchen accommodates family meals and multiple sitting areas on different levels works really well for different group activities.

Great Location & Property

The property was just as described and was a wonderful place to have a family vacation. Beautifully set up and decorated, homey space and open floor plan to children to play. The backyard proved to be a good hang around spot & the front yard had space for the kids to run around and play tag. Overall would book this house again if we ever decided to go to Falmouth again.

Extended Family in town for a wedding weekend

I rented the Happy Place so my parents, brothers and their families, and my family could stay together while on the cape for a wedding. It was very family friendly and plenty of space. Kitchen is great, plenty of utensils and dishes. Management was very responsive leading up to the trip (I did not need to contact them during). The only minor issue was the garbage and recycling receptacles outside were already totally full from prior visits, so it was a little tricky to dispose of ours.

The house is spacious and very well equipped for a large group. Kids had a blast with all the toys both for the house and the beach. Walking distance to an amazing little beach with both ocean and pond access. Very well stocked kitchen/grill setup for our group who loves to cook. We loved the firepit and deck in the evenings. Beds were all comfy.

The Happiest Place!

We loved our stay at The Happy Place! It was our first time to the cape and we could not have chosen a better location. Falmouth and Woods Hole are beautiful and the neighborhood is the perfect Cape Cod vibe. We got married on Nobska Beach and we loved coming back to the house every evening during our stay. Perfect for families and we can't wait to come back at the height of summer and enjoy the large yard and deck.

Perfect place for large family

We booked this property so that we could host Thanksgiving for my children and grandchildren. We were so pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was, plenty of glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The layout of the house was perfect with the adults upstairs and the children downstairs, and the girls really liked the bunk beds. Plenty of games for the kids to play as well.

Lovely stay to kick off the holidays

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean, had everything we needed (and more!), had clear instructions, and was in a very convenient location (equidistant between our two locations. We were traveling with two five year olds and a three year old. We all enjoyed the games and puzzles that were left out for our use, and the kids loved the bunk room. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location for girls weekend! Close to bike path, beaches. Private back yard with fire pit and deck. House was exceptionally clean with plenty of sleeping choices and bathrooms! Large kitchen and dining area for gathering and cooking together. Well stocked with equipment. Throughly enjoyed the Happy Place and highly recommend for retreats and reunions.

Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest.
