This villa features 2 king bedrooms, a living room seating 6, plus a second den /lvg rm with a queen sleeper sofa perfect for kids…which accommodates a total of 6 guest for the condo. THE CONDO HAS ALLL NEW FLOORING NO CARPET NEW COUCH. The villa’s master bedroom bath has a new tiled walk-in with handicap rails and there is a second full bath that services the 2nd bedroom and den. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate the most discerning of cooks. The dining area seats 6 guest plus the there is a bar that seats 2 people adjacent to the dining area..
There is a patio balcony off the living room and a small balcony that adjoins the second bedroom.The guests have the use of the indoor pool and hot tub located within the 5 story atrium as well as the outdoor pool tennis and pickle ball courts in a lushly landscaped garden setting.

The location is ideal… only a short 10 minute walk to pristine Forest Beach and a 10 minute walk (or 4 minute bike ride) to a multiple array of dining and shopping options in the Coligney area of Forest Beach…the need for a car is certainly not a necessity when vacationing at Paradise 203. LIMIT 2 CARS. NEW. tennis and pickle ball courts at Oceanwalk .

Fantastic Stay

We were all so happy with our stay here. It was me, my mom, and my two kids. We had plenty of space especially the additional living area provided a great area for the kids to play and watch tv if they wanted. Indoor pool and hot tub were great- too chilly to go to the outdoor pool. Elevator was right by the front of building and an easy walk to our room. The beach was close and the cart, chairs and boogie board provided was a lifesaver. The ONLY issue was I saw a couple stray hairs in the shower and sink- nothing major so I wouldn't take a star away for that. Everything provided in the description was accurate and I never needed to reach out to the owner. I would definitely book again!

Beautiful condo

It was such a beautiful condo, and it was a short walk from the beach. The kitchen well equipped. The location was great, as it was just a short walk to Coligny plaza.

The condo was very well cleaned you can tell. The only complaint we had really was there was very stuffy/stinky smell of the place. We tried candles and stuff but didn’t help much. Other than that, very nice location and easy access to beach

Close to the beach.

Property was within walking distance to the beach. Also several close restaurants, gas stations and grocery store. Nice to have 2 separate areas both with king sized beds and bathrooms. Indoor pool and hot tub a bonus with the property for rainy days. The pricing reflects the condo could use some updating. Furniture was older, dishes were chipped, silverware missing, minimum outlets for electronics. Didn’t hear much noise at night, but lots of landscaping work in the mornings. Also had the water shut off twice in the mornings for repairs. The building put a notice on the entrance door to notify tenants. That was an inconvenience, but no fault of the condos owner. We would stay at this location again.
