Séjour très agréable , appartement propre avec tout ce qu il faut et de plus ds une enceinte sécurisée , proche de la mer et de jolies balades à faire en vélo ou a pieds le long du littoral , à 2 pas de la baule et du Pouliguen . Avons été déçu par contre pour la piscine prévue , mais qui ferme toujours fin septembre, on s était fait à l idée …. Sinon parfait , nous y reviendrons avec plaisir en période piscine ….. Danke für die schöne Zeit in Pornichet. Wir haben die Zeit mit zwei Kindern sehr genossen und einen insgesamt sehr guten Aufenthalt. Alles war sehr sauber und auch die Anlage war gepflegt mit angenehmen Gästen. Pool war top und verschiedene Strände direkt in der Nähe. Auch in direkter Umgebung konnte man kleine Sachen einkaufen.

Appartement très propre. Propriétaire disponible. Commerces à proximité. Ballades possibles au sortir de la résidence. On peut laisser la voiture au parking le temps du séjour.

Vacances avec nos petits- enfants.

Appartement idéalement bien placé pour aller à la plage. Mais déçue, pour un rch sans volets ( pas de stores ),juste 1 rideau ocultant ,pas possible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit et la 2ème chambre trop petite et sans fenêtre !!!!

The property is very simple but situated in a nice area with moderate to good supporting facilities.

We stayed here as a family of 5, with 2 adults and 3 small children, therefore needing to use the sofa bed each night. The property is small and basic with several important items to support self-catering life missing such as a tin opener and bread knife. The bedrooms are all functional and the small bathroom is adequate but needs the shower head adjusting to allow for proper use. The kitchen is tiny and whilst it has a modern induction hob, there are insufficient pans for cooking. The pans that they have, come with just one handle making it uncomfortable when cooking. The lounge is small and there is insufficient room with the dining table and sofa bed pulled out. We kept banging ourselves between these in the evening when the kids went to bed. I would say this place is suited to a family of 4 who have children up to young teenagers for the bunkbeds in the second bedroom. This place is not well suited to more than 4. We also had to deal with a small ant infestation whilst we were there that were coming in inside the property by the bedroom door. The site has adequate facilities and a good pool. Pornichet is a safe and well administered area with good cycling paths, particularly for small children. The beaches are lovely and safe, with lifeguards in attendance. The only downside to the area is the above average levels of dog poo on the streets and paths. Despite trying hard not to step in it, our children did so a couple of times. We are not put off from coming back to Pornichet again, which is a lovely area, but would not stay in this property.

Un appartement très agréable et surtout fonctionnel. Idéal pour les familles. Le complexe sur lequel se trouve l'appartement est également très approprié pour des vacances en famille. La location et la remise des clés et le check-out sont absolument parfaits. la communication avec le propriétaire est également excellente. Nous pouvons pleinement recommander cet appartement.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons apprécié la résidence et sa proximité avec les plages et les commerces. La localisation en rez de chaussée est parfaite pour que les enfants profitent du jardin.
