Très bon souvenir sauf des travaux de ravalement de façade prévus tardivement. Montage des échafaudages.La propriétaire nous a dédommagés pour la gêne occasionnée.

Appartement face à la mer.Très bons restaurants au Croisic. Le Lenivo super restauration et sercice impeccable. Beaucoup de balades à pied.

Alles Notwendige war vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und der Blick auf den Atlantik ist umwerfend.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, avons fait différents sorties, saint nazaire, guerande cité médiéval, la côte sauvage est très belle ainsi que vannes et le château de suscision

Vue magnifique

Très joli appartement, inondé de lumière et disposant d'une terrasse protégée avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Toutes les pièces sont très agréables. A noter toutefois pour les personnes âgées ou jeunes enfants : les escaliers très raides pour accéder à la chambre en mezzanine, et surtout pour en descendre (la marche arrière semble la meilleure option !). Les promenades sur la côte sauvage peuvent commencer en face de l'appartement. En bref, une semaine formidable !

Remarques objectives : emplacement et vue superbe, tranquillité absolue, logement vétuste, prise électrique non fichée dans le mur, trace d’humidité, équipement cuisine un peu juste mais l’essentiel est présent (la poêle est inutilisable et doit être changée, la poubelle est à changer car pédale cassée) Remarques subjectives : la vue est imprenable et magnifique mais le logement présente à mon goût beaucoup de défauts qui doivent être réparés pour mettre le prix en adéquation avec la qualité du logement

Appartement panoramique sur l ocean

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation idyllique de cet appartement la vue à 180* sur l océan en est l atout majeur mais comment expliquer l inexistence d une connexion internet dans cette location de standing ? Surtout que la 4G passe très irrégulièrement. Certains travaux doivent être faits prochainement car nous avons peu apprécié que la porte de la salle de bains et wc ne ferme pas, de plus cette pièce donne directement sur le salon! Une réparation, même de fortune aurait été la bienvenue. Une seule poêle en innox qui attache tous les aliments à frire du coup ....on s en passe ! Ce ne sont que des petits details désagréables car le reste est tres adapté. En conclusion le sejour est réussi et c est une belle découverte.

Le Croisic - Perle der Bretagne

Es handelt sich um eine einfach ausgestattete ETW. Der Zugang zur Hochebene mit der Treppe zum 2. Bett ist sehr steil und es fehlt an einer ausreichenden Eintrittsöffnung in der Luke keine Kopffreiheit. Obe keine Ablage für Kleidung. Entfernung zum Ort 1.7 km, Cote Sauvage direkt vor der Tür,großartiges Panorama. Badebuchten recht nahe zugänglich.

Séjour très agreable

Emplacement idéal. Appartement bien agencé, résidence calme. Litterie confortable. Quelques travaux d isolation et de rénovation souhaitables mais prévus. Propriétaire charmante. Idéal pour un séjour en famille ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants).

Séjour formidable dans cet agréable appartement face à l'océan!

Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, agréable à vivre avec une vue à 180 degrés sur l'océan! Une terrasse très bien exposée face à l'océan pour y manger et y boire l'apéritif dans un cadre magique! Le sentier des douaniers passe devant l'appartement pour des promenades magnifiques le long de la côte sauvage!

Joli appartement avec vue splendide mais...

L'appartement est très bien situé et ses baies vitrées donnent sur la magnifique côte sauvage du Croisic. Mais en hiver il faut prévoir gros pulls et chaussons car la pièce principale est en cathédrale et les radiateurs électriques ne permettent pas de la chauffer correctement. D'autant que le vent s'infiltre par les baies. L'électricité et l'eau sont à régler en fin de séjour.

Magnifiques vacances

Nous venons de passer une agréable semaine dans cet appartement particulièrement bien placé au bord de la côte sauvage. Lumineux, fonctionnel et bien équipé, ce fut un bonheur de séjourner dans cet appartement. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. Il y a plein de belles balades à faire dans les environs tant à pied qu’à vélo ou en voiture. Et « cerise sur le gâteau » il a fait un temps d’été ! Nous reviendrons volontiers....

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das sehr hübsche Apartment war genau so wie beschrieben, der Meerblick herrlich, und die Sonnenuntergänge vom Wohnzimmer aus zu sehen. Die Einrichtung war vollständig und funktional. Sehr sympathische Eigentümerin, die sich perfekt um alles (Schlüsselübergabe, Erklärung, wie was funktioniert, Rückgabe der Kaution etc.) gekümmert hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Französische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, die Vertragsabwicklung und die Kommunikation läuft komplett auf Französisch.
