Great stay had by all. House has plenty of room and was well setup. Pool heater worked great and kept pool nice and warm for swims anytime of day/night. Very clean overall as well and had everything you'd need.

Stayed 9 nights Sept/Oct 2026. We booked this location to be fairly close to PHX airport and for the heated pool. The host had the pool heated for us, communicated our entry instructions in a timely manner and answered all Q's immediately. There is a guest book to explain pool/trash/etc. Instructions. The house is layed out very well with lots of space for a large family/group, and TWO washers/dryers to get laundry done quickly. AND THE POOL? Just WOW! Best residential pool we've encountered. - Ann H.

Great location, beautiful home!

We stayed at this property as a family of 6 with 4 kids and it was perfect in every sense. Great location to explore the area, easy communication with the hosts and the house was clean, well equipped, had everything we needed. Our kids said the house was one of the best things of the entire trip :)

We had an amazing time. The house is very spacious and spotless. The pool is absolutely amazing and the back yard is gorgeous with alot of sitting. It feels you are in a resort style with the pool and the backyard. The neighborhood is very nice. It's a Short drive to groceries near by. Roseanne was a wonderful host and responded in a timely manner. This house is a Gem . Definitely would stay again !!!
