You will be staying in a home belonging to someone else. We ask that you abide by the following rules and respect our neighbors. If you are looking for a Party House, then this house IS NOT for you. The maximum number of guests allowed is ten. No exceptions. Visitors must inquire with owners.

For your security, we have placed exterior cameras at the front doorbell, front driveway, and backyard pool area. This is to protect the home and to prevent liability. Covering up the camera without authorization will result in terminating your stay and you will be asked to leave without any refunds. If you are not comfortable with this policy, sorry but this home may not be for you.

We love our fur babies however this property does NOT allow any pets.

Please review the rules and policies to make sure this is the home for you as we don't want any miscommunications. Did we say absolutely NO parties allowed ? We love our neighbors and like to keep it this way.

Now for the fun stuff. After six months of remodeling and decorating, we present to you our premier home. This 4,000 sq. ft. home has it all. Located near Bell and 52nd in north Scottsdale, this fabulous home is so close to EVERYTHING. It is in a quiet safe neighborhood with local shops, restaurants, and entertainment all nearby.

This beautiful resort style home provides everything you want while on vacation. This is our 4th vacation home added to our portfolio of homes in Scottsdale and Sedona, so rest assured we know what we are doing to keep guests coming back. A few landmarks you are close to include the world renowned Mayo Clinic, TPC Golf with its two 18-hole championship courses, and shopping, dining, and entertainment at the Desert Ridge Marketplace spread over 110 acres. Other premiere venues to enjoy include Kierland Commons, a sophisticated and unique shopping center, Scottsdale Quarter with its open air experience and nighttime ambiance, and Phoenix Old Town whose various walkable “districts” are hubs for the region’s arts and cultural scene. Come to the area for hiking on Camelback Mountain, a sunset horseback ride, off-roading in the Sonoran desert, spring training baseball, abundant nightlife, or tons of world class golf courses to choose from. You are 23 minutes from Sky Harbor International airport.

Your vacation home is situated on a quiet street with walking trails through the neighborhood. From the minute you pull into the driveway you'll feel right at home! This two story home is very spacious as soon as you step inside. With 3,924 sq. ft. of living space everyone will have room to enjoy! As soon as you enter the house, you're greeted by the Game Room with a 70" TV, playfully decorated as a Nintendo Switch. Enjoy bringing back some fun memories playing on the classic table top arcade game or challenge your friends to a game of electric foosball. There are lots of board games in the cabinets or grab the ones off the wall. Treat yourself to some fresh hot buttered popcorn from the popcorn machine which you're welcome to use.
Show off your cooking skills in the chef's kitchen. Everything down to the spices and coffee is provided. The home is fully stocked with a blender, juicer, and toaster, right down to the mixer for baking. Have a meal at the large formal dining room or breakfast nook area. If you think the game room is a hit for the family, then check out the large family room! Veg out on the extra deep sectional sofa and cuddle up reading a book next to a cozy fireplace with an 86" flat screen that will make you not want to get off the sofa. Better yet, make a cocktail at the bar area while rooting for your favorite team on TV. The famous Nugget Ice maker has been a huge hit at every vacation home so we brought it here too!
After a tough day shopping or maybe with your morning coffee, plunge into the pool. We’ve added a new private resort style cabana area. There are soothing water features and tons of lounge chairs to soak in the sun, as well as lots of pool floats, toys, and treasures. Child size life jackets are provided.
For the kids, check out the life size playhouse. This will keep them occupied for hours! Play a life size game of Chess! The backyard garden features citrus trees. Enjoy making fresh lemonade or grab a few limes and make a cocktail drink. There's even a grapefruit and tangerine tree too!

Enjoy the expanded travertine area out back with a sitting area and a firepit table to enjoy long conversations and enjoy the outdoor space. But wait, the relaxation doesn't stop yet. Sit back and lay on the full size daybed swing!

If indoor entertainment isn't enough, here's your chance to redeem your BBQ cooking skills and cook up a storm on the extra large built-in BBQ grill. Relax outdoors under the patio (we’ve got you covered) while watching a movie or the game and cherish some memories surrounded by friends and family.

We believe in turning a home into a memorable experience and that just maybe you'll end up canceling plans and just stay at home, it’s up to you. Unfortunately this home does not allow parties (nag,nag,nag) as we respect our neighbors and enjoy living in a peaceful, happy neighborhood.

Pool can be heated at $50/day.
Peloton (fitness room) access to room can be added at no additional cost.

The home has brand new dual AC units to keep the whole house cool year round.

There are 5 TV's in total: 86” in the Family Room (with premium Sports subscription), 70” in the Game Room, 55” in the Master Bedroom, 42” in the Backyard Patio, and 42” in the Peloton Fitness Room to cast your rides.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and can accommodate two on the Main Floor.
Bedroom #2 has two Twin over Twin Beds and can accommodate four (kids in upper bunks only please).
Bedroom #3 has a King Bed and can accommodate two.
Bedroom #4 is the Master Suite and has a King Bed and can accommodate two.

Maximum guests: 10
