4TH ROW Sunset Beach Bungalow, 70 steps to the beach access. This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is generous with space, updated, clean and fully equipped for 8 people. Works for one family, or even 2. Bright open living area with huge sectional, books, games, and wet bar. 3 TVs. Main floor Primary bedroom with ensuite bath and 2 more spacious bedrooms one with a queen size bed and and the other has 2 full beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bath. Upstairs you'll find a fantastic loft space with a king size bed and ensuite bath. Fully renovated kitchen, and additional sitting area off the kitchen. Dining room table seats 8. From the screened front porch scattered with adirondack chairs to the sunny back deck, ground floor shaded gathering space, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, lots of extra storage everyone will be able to spread out and enjoy the beach life. Please note this home is NOT PET FRIENDLY- you will be asked to leave and your Deposit retained if we have evidence of a pet. We are right around the corner from the canals, walkable 6 blocks to the Sunset Slush, Island Market & Coffee, bike rentals, shopping, and the pier. Bird Island is about .5 mile down the beach. Enjoy your vacation in a property that feels like you are visiting a friend.

Sunset beauty

Great house and location. Inside was super clean. Covered porch and chairs could use a scrub down, but didn'timpact our stay. Well stock kitchen and bath items. Very nice appliances. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Beach House

We loved staying in this beach house! The screened-in front porch was a fun hangout with lots of seating. The large dining room table was great for family dinners. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. Owner was responsive and helpful!

After years of looking at properties on Sunset Beach, making offers and losing hope, we finally found the "one" and became proud owners of 436 6th St. We live in Greensboro NC, approximately 3.5 hours away and I am a Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX and my husband is a Pilot. We both have jobs that allow us some flexibility and the house is easy for me to work out of when I just need a different perspective! We decided to downsize in GSO and invest our money in a vacation property. Sunset Beach was the perfect beach and 436 6th was the perfect house!

Why they chose this property

This home was a little different than the others, the location was perfect, it had great entertaining areas for family to gather. The primary bedroom was huge with a WIC. The loft area was and extra space away from the main level and the front porch was a great place for people watching and relaxing!
