Walk right outside the door and you're steps away from sinking your toes into our white sand beaches and warm gulf waters. Centrally located at the North end of the island. Walk to Times Square to enjoy shopping and dining. Close to all Fort Myers Beach has to offer while also located on a quiet residential street, this home is perfect for those that demand both proximity and tranquility!

On September 2022, Fort Myers Beach was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4/5 storm. Hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Many beaches, restaurants and stores are already open and welcoming visitors. The good news is that the island is open, the weather is great and the situation is improving every day. Whether vacationing or working here, we ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing and understanding of current limitations. Please note that there will be workers, trailers, and construction activity/potential noise in the surrounding area, but there will not be any construction inside of the home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The Coral Reef Villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made cooking super convenient. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the provided beach cart made carrying our gear a breeze. The pool was amazing—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Fantastic spot

The house and property were very clean and David was responsive and pleasant. We all really enjoyed the pool. It is a close walk to the beach and there is a wagon, sand toys and cooler to bring with. I would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time in this property. Literally everything you might need is here. The property was immaculate and very well maintained. The private pool was amazing with a nice enclosed seating area with a ceiling fan and comfortable seating. Washer and dryer easily accessible. There were pool floaties and lawn chairs and other accessories for the beach. There even a pull behind cart to get these items to and from the beach. Beds were extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and large shower in the bath. There is plenty of storage area. We highly recommend this property.

Nice outdoor space. We loved the pool and patio. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Could use an upgrade on the sheets and towels, but otherwise everything is well taken care of, new and just what you need. We enjoyed out stay! Thank you!

Cute ocean vista

Stayed here on our honeymoon and it rained the entire week so we got to spend a lot of time in this VRBO. Its clean, its got modern appliances and tv options, and its about a 5 minute walk from the ocean. We had a great time and would love to return for another stay with some better weather.
