Spacious Two King, One bath, Pool, Tiki Bar, Duplex, One Blk to Times Sq. /Beach

This renovated 2 bedroom duplex home is located on a lovely quiet street one block to all restaurants and shops of the Times Square and Beach area. Enjoy the peaceful outdoor sitting area and BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grille. The back yard has a heated pool and tiki bar for a great getaway. Inside, an open concept living area features a family room with 2 connected TV's for easy viewing anywhere, dining area and a fantastic, well equipped kitchen.
The King Master bedroom has a flat screen TV. A second King bedroom also has it's own Smart TV. The living room has two twin size sofa beds. This unit sleeps up to 6 people.
Beach House is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests. We use hotel grade bed and bath linens.

Check in is 4:00 PM and Check out is 10:00 AM
Early check in and late check out is available for $25 per hour

The location is great. A short walk to Times Square. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a message that we could check in early. Our host was quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The location of this property was perfect. Easy to walk to all of our favorite spots, including the beach. Having a pool was great for days we wanted to just lounge around. Beds were big and comfortable and the living area was spacious as well. Owner was friendly and communicated with us and inquired if we needed anything for or stay. Interested in booking this location again for next year!

Great place and location

Our stay was excellent. You can’t ask for a better location. The only complaint would have been the blowup mattress does not hold air. Also the property description says pool. The pool was no where near being open. We did not find out until we arrived. But the beach was not far so I really could not complain. I would recommend this property to everyone. It has everything you need.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Did not realize that this was a duplex when we booked but the other vacationers were all friendly. The pool that was listed in the amenities was under construction during our stay but the owners explained the dilemma. Location was perfect to walk to the beach. restaurants, and shopping.

We own Heavenly Tropics a 4 king, three bath, and pool, Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook a one king bedroom each side of the duplex with a lock out door and pool, Paradise Cove and Paradise Cove II each sleeping 8 located side by side each with a pool and canal and now Beach House a two bed one bath across the street from the last two. In the winter we live in Fort Myers Beach. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be close to our four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We travel back and forth to Fort Myers Beach in the summer and have friends in Fort Myers Beach who help us out when we are gone. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside in Fort Myers Beach which we of course love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 9 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you want other options or if this properties calendar is full, please contact us anyway. Thanks! Pictures do not do this property justice! The privacy and serenity are abundant. You are close enough to walk everywhere and far enough away to sit on the patio or pool area and feel as if you are on a private island.

Sitting in the yard area is magical! The heated pool and Tiki bar will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind. Once you have relaxed take a 2 minute walk to Times Square to visit our tropical themed shops. You'll realize you won't need to spend a lot of money in the restaurants with their daily specials or cook on your own grill or kitchen. Cook to your hearts delight!
