Frisco, Colorado is "the Main Street of the Rockies". It is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Denver International Airport and right off of I-70. The charming Frisco downtown is one of the rare ski towns in the US that is still quaint, but offers walking distance to many amenities. The center of downtown Main Street is only two short blocks to shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shop, toy store, liquor store, and an impressive nightlife. Within a few miles is a major supermarket, Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, Starbucks and many ski shops for equipment or rental needs. There is also a Summit County free ski shuttle bus that services all the local mountains and picks up on Main Street. Frisco is centrally located to all that Summit County has to offer and is truly a four-season location.
Our family home will offer you a contemplative retreat set against a clear night ski. It will be a very comfortable stay that includes upscale furniture, appliances, linens, fast WiFi and many other amenities.....all within a short distance of multiple world-class resorts and priced to be affordable!

Lisa was a great host, very communicative and responsive. She went out of her way to help us. We really enjoyed the hot tub and location. The location was perfect to be able to walk to Main Street and a short drive to Copper Mountain for skiing. We had an amazing week there and the house was perfect for our whole family to be together! We would stay here again.

We loved this home for a long fall weekend getaway! The location made for easy access to the bike path, parks, and town. The space worked out great for our family and the owner was easy to reach and incredibly accommodating!
We absolutely loved our stay! The location of the house is fantastic our boys walked to the creek every morning to go fishing and caught plenty of fish. My husband and I enjoyed peaceful walks into town, which was just a few minutes away. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and we would definitely stay here again!

Izabela - We loved sharing our home with you and are thrilled your boys caught lots of fish! Please come back again!
Great location close to Main Street and the host was very responsive and helpful. It would have been nice to get bars of soap and little shampoo bottles for connivence, but other than that everything was great!
Great location in Frisco to walk or super quick drive to town. Houe has plenty of room with four bedrooms and hot tub was a nice touch. Owner was super accommodating and called to make sure everything was in order at check in.
Very quiet neighborhood and easy walking to town. Great hot tub for after skiing and snowshoeing. Comfortable mattresses. Host was super responsive to any questions. We aren't big partiers - so this worked great for us!
Great communication and property is exactly as listed. Great location a short walk from shops and restaurants in Frisco and well positioned for easy drives to many hiking locations throughout the area. Bonus being close to the lake for on water activities. Would stay here again.

About the host
Hosted by Lisa Smith
After moving to Denver, we spent 3 years visiting every town nestled in the majestic Rockies in search of the perfect mountain get-a-way. When we discovered Frisco, the search was over! Being in the mountains feeds the soul. There are opportunities to learn new tricks, try new things, and meet new people to make your trip unforgettable. Enjoy your stay in our family home and Frisco, one of America’s hidden gems. We hope it is enough to win your heart and keep you wanting to return!
We both travel extensively for work and leisure and have tried to include all the amenities that we ourselves have experienced and loved throughout our travels. We are hands-on owners and do not use a management company. We also have great local folks who maintain and upkeep the house and can be available quickly.
Why they chose this property
Frisco is the perfect mountain location. It has the unique combination of both upscale and cheap eats restaurants, quaint boutiques, and world-class outdoor activities. Frisco is a small town with all the necessary conveniences, yet it has a historic 'walk around' downtown that is uniquely special. There are five world-class ski resorts between 15 and 30 minutes away. In the warmer months at the end of Main Street is Frisco Marina at Lake Dillon with a sandy beach, fun Happy Hour bar/restaurant, kayaking, paddleboarding, and boat rentals.
What makes this property unique
The house is two short blocks to the center of historic downtown Frisco, "The Main Street of the Rockies". It has great views of the mountains. You will be able to walk to an impressive number of restaurants, gelatto shops, and boutiques. Our home is not your typical rental. We use professional cleaners and the jacuzzi is professionally maintained. Our home is tastefully decorated and contains many upgrades. You will feel more like you are staying at a friend's house. We have gone to great lengths to make sure your stay will be comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.
